@flatmarssociety5707 1st person. 3rd person has a bug that's persisted for years where the AA doesn't swing at full speed in 3rd person. It's just safer on this boss and snake to use 3rd person to you know what's happening at all times I.e positioning is correct and your not slipping off armour or standing in poison on snake.

Snake takes longer and is buggy as FK to even botter with. Honestly I just rest the espilson encounter as it takes seconds with 4 players as long as you communicate to the team to stay on the generators the fight is over in 30 secs because electrified furious, heavy hitters, and pounders on auto axe hits 3k+ every hit deleting each member in 2-3 seconds. 😂 What most people don't know is drop chances are increased the further you go in the raid and the team dupe glitch raid encounter restart works on epsilon. It just takes a bit of effort to get past robot and drill for a much better farm.

IF I MAY AMMEND THIS..... i literally just tried this. In my same ENO6 melee build with my ultracite troubleshooters PA. I put the PA chassis where you did, stood on it and went business as usual for us ricochet/bullet shield/auto axe solo farmers. Literally only difference from hours ago is I'm standing on the chassis now EDIT: trying the same thing as you I can't get the shield to go down early. But, it's still exactly the same as before just on the chassis now. For me anyway

Not trying to be snarky, but can you substantiate the claim that specifically the stranglerheart armor is contributing to the process. I have been doing this pre patch and post, and I’m not aware of anything with stranglerheart. Thank you.

No. It does not REQUIRE SH PA. It works with Union and Vulcan (confirmed) Though I can't say as to other types for certain as I have not tested it. It just requires you to stand on the PA the same as you did.
@RobertRife-h6wif you're doing this the chassis recall shouldn't be an issue. It's not recalling in 60 seconds for me. Not through 40 farms last night. And if you're at that point, you should be soloing it in 55-70-ish seconds without needing reflective anyway.

Just keep at it. My buddy got everything except the helmet in 5 hours then it took another 20 to get the helmet. By that time I had the entire set and the crafting notes. Unfortunately sometimes you just get unlucky.
Absolutely NO need for Strangleheart Armor. None. We’ve been soloing it all day since the update in both Troubleshooters Hellcat and Union. Strangleheart has nothing to do with this.
It's probably actually faster outside PA, isn't it. You can stack an extra 12 STR and 20% (21%?) armor penetration with Unyielding 1* and weighted arm modules (you lose the 2 STR from Motion Assist Servos and the 1 STR from the powered frame, but gain 15 from Unyielding)
@@GremlinSciences I've been doing it with full health personally. Funny enough unyielding makes very little difference in kill times. Maybe a handful of seconds at most. I think thats just the boss being buggy though. Just doin so much damage the game can't keep up hahaha

How do you manage to take out the shield so quickly? I have an AA with vamp/hh/str3/pounders, it it just the slugger and inscisor perks from there? Popping a psychobuff helps but doesn’t get it all the way down
I tried the same position for my PA frame but I still get wrecked by a random explosion that KO's me. I tried every spot on the platform and no matter where i place the frame i still die.
Immune to poison so I really don’t understand what dynamic couldn’t involve wrangler heart. The only thing strangler heart does is 20 pointers in damage every second to the AOE I mean not even an AOE it’s just and it’s not a dad. It’s just every second it does damage to anything inside of a fairly deep inside circle or rather a fairly decent sized sphere and then of course whatever unknown amount of poison damage it does for attack and you should be getting like one ticket of that but it’s immune to both of those things so I really don’t understand how strangler heart is in play here
Also, it should be fat not to use your actual power armor fat unless you are capable of killing it before the room heats up as I’m pretty sure when the room heats up whatever is left standing there will be destroyed. I know the power armor cat. These are when turtle does it if he didn’t get it done, they would be gone so quite likely somebody’s going to follow your method, not get it done in time and lose their power armor.
@RobinRajamoosh The wild part to me is that they just had to fix the first boss fight that wasn't a glitch. Yet people still crash on snake, you can still glitch to the last boss, and you can get more than 4 people into the raid. God forbid someone with a melee build wants to farm the first boss though.
Slap the frame down on edge of platform. Press button. Hope on top of frame and vamp mini with basher for shield then auto axe to grind him down with pounders. Forget anit armour. Furious is ridiculously faster. No damage perks needed. Been doing it on my two mains. The mules dont need that kinda tech 😂
not sure what i am doing wrong if its placement or what. but when he spawns fully he has about half shield. and my auto axe is dealing over 2300 dmg. however i have trouble shooters still so i just reflect to finish him off in a few seconds then auto axe still reaches from on my PA. still around 1 min to finish lol faster than just using ricochet lmao
I am using a Vulcan PA with all pieces Troubleshooters and works great. I stand on an old X-01 PA and use first a bat with 2 star Crippling, 3 star Lucky and most important Puncturing Rocket mod to destroy shield (bullet shield & ricochet help a lot). Then after shield is down, Furious w/ Heavy Hitter, 3 star Strength, Pounders auto-axe on 3rd person is faster in about 47 seconds

It’s something to do with its poison aura it instantly triggers the Guardian to Spawn quicker meaning you can take it shields down before it aggro’s onto you
@@williamhutton2126 where in my comment did I say it only works with SPA???? I specifically said it spawns it quicker so you can take down the shield quicker.
Btw anyone who cant take down the shield before the robot turns its ok if you are placed far enough back he doesnt touch you when he does. You still have to be able to live through the attacks until the shield drops but its an option if you do a bit less damage.
@BuenoMcgurski i switched my aa to furious and it does work better. I can't seem to start hitting the bot as early as in the video. At full bloody with chems,food, unyielding, I fail getting the shield all the way down before he shoots me most the time. Guess I'll wait to farm with a team. I appreciate the help tho.
@ it is hard now after the update, was easy before. Even if you cant get the shield all the way down it still shaves a few seconds off which really adds up if you are farming it over and over. Also make sure you dont have any mods on your auto axe like electric or poison, just standard.

tried this and the power armour I was standing on disappeared, absolutely no idea where it went, im positive I didn't somehow drop it tried restarting the game but its still gone 🤷♂️
Me either. No matter where I place the frame some random explosion happens about 10 seconds in and I die. I have the full reflective setup going too, but I still get killed regardless 😐
@@y2knowledgei managed to farm him using reflective and vamps plasma to get his shield down, then using 2 PA frames as steps to axe his health. That's been the only reliable solo farm for me since patch.

@multihacker3695 5 piece ranger 4* and pin-pointer on furious gat plasma. You can also take the snake down in 47 seconds with that setup without bobbleheads, magazine and food buffs.

I hate when people do video post about expoits. So thanks to people like you Bethesda is gonna nerf the pounders mod that everyone grinded for. And you don't need strangler heart.
So Bethesda wetting their pants and trying to spoil peoples fun fails again. Bethesda are the biggest losers in gaming history. Raids are so boring now after 7 weeks but farming the EN06 is the quickest way to get to try and get the 4 star mods we want. We need quick rounds as there is only a 10% chance of getting a 4 star mod. Even then its usually sh1te like radio-active powered or battle loaders. I'm level 1600 and have maxed caps, gold, scrip etc so there is no fuggin point to even playing the game. The rewards are worthless. Only 4 stars left to play for. Why make this harder? No-one was cheating. What's next? No gatling plasma allowed.
Not sure where I’m going wrong at. I have the same setup and auto axe but buddy doesn’t lose his shield all the way. Turns and blast me I figured it out. Had to take electrified mod off and now he’s down before turning around.
Expect another patch soon...this exploitations are exactly why Bethesda is doing them...Raids should be played by 3-4 guys, from level 1 to 5...if youre able to finish him in 47 seconds in solo i can guarantee you that patch where you will not be able to go close to him is incoming

Hit the fusion cores to take the shield down in 1st because its much harder to do in 3rd. Then switch to 3rd to drain his health. This is the way

Type of power armor wouldn't make a 💩 of difference for this. You could get more damage with 2* strength mods, but the set itself doesn't matter.
you don't even need PA, could be in tighty whities and still kill the shield
Best way to do thisbis drop an empty PA so it doesn't recall every 2 min
Now that is a better solution since you are not fighting the bot, you are racing the PA recall.

Useful Richichet on and holding dragon also works
Believe it or not adding poison to the auto ax via the mod would also help you.

You need to have furious instead of vamp, also use 'fury' and foods for melee dmg
I have an aa axe with pounders and it's far from what's in the video. I think the furious and pounders stacking together is what does it.
Furious interacts with pounders in some way that makes it way stronger than even 95% bloodied
On ps5 melee does 0 damage to the shield when it's popping up from the ground

You don’t need pa I’m using 4x bruiser on my set of uny/str/ww civil engineer and it works fine

Very nice! Do you know why it's only possible with a strangler PA?
It’s something to do with its poison aura it instantly triggers the Guardian to Spawn quicker meaning you can take it shields down before it aggro’s onto you

Btw anyone who cant take down the shield before the robot turns its ok if you are placed far enough back he doesnt touch you when he does.
You still have to be able to live through the attacks until the shield drops but its an option if you do a bit less damage.
Is it doable with aa/pa/+3/pounders?
Just use furious, its way stronger. You can do it with AA but you wont be able to take his shield down from behind before he starts shooting you
@BuenoMcgurski i switched my aa to furious and it does work better. I can't seem to start hitting the bot as early as in the video. At full bloody with chems,food, unyielding, I fail getting the shield all the way down before he shoots me most the time. Guess I'll wait to farm with a team. I appreciate the help tho.
@ it is hard now after the update, was easy before. Even if you cant get the shield all the way down it still shaves a few seconds off which really adds up if you are farming it over and over. Also make sure you dont have any mods on your auto axe like electric or poison, just standard.
can someone tell me how hes dealing damage at the 12 second mark, i literally cant reach the core standing on the back until almsot 20 seconds

This strategy works with any power armor you don't need stragleheart power armor #2 you can place it closer I done it myself
How does it work? For whatever reason after I place my armor chassis and go to the button, the chassis returns to my inventory. 🤔
Why doesn't the PA chassis get recalled after awhile?
It does. It said it in the top of the screen in the video that it was being recalled in 60 seconds.

Deathclaw Wellington and another melee food. Those together will give you much higher melee

tried this and the power armour I was standing on disappeared, absolutely no idea where it went, im positive I didn't somehow drop it

Me either. No matter where I place the frame some random explosion happens about 10 seconds in and I die. I have the full reflective setup going too, but I still get killed regardless 😐

@@y2knowledgei managed to farm him using reflective and vamps plasma to get his shield down, then using 2 PA frames as steps to axe his health. That's been the only reliable solo farm for me since patch.
@@diezelactic1 hmm I'll have to give that a shot, I have reflective Vulcan and a vamp gatling laser. I can get it's shield down in under a min that way

Ik my raid build isn't the best for damage, but my v/e/90w gat plas w/ half bloodied to proc adrenal, all heavy perks including stabilized, full union w/ rangers and I still can barely solo it. I guess I could swap v to aa or ari, but that doesn't seem like a change that would make it kill in less than a min instead of 5 min
@multihacker3695 5 piece ranger 4* and pin-pointer on furious gat plasma.
You can also take the snake down in 47 seconds with that setup without bobbleheads, magazine and food buffs.

Strangler heart poison aura makes the robot rise faster for some reason, I made sure to test it before I commented
Press the button, shoot the robot with gamma gun, start auto axe work
If you shoot the platform with a gamma gun right after you press the red button the robot will start rising immediately

Way to steal turtle methodology I mean like one of the first solo methodology was turtle filing up to chatty on the floor. I don’t know why I didn’t think of standing right where you did but that that was turtle method when this rate came out.

So Bethesda wetting their pants and trying to spoil peoples fun fails again. Bethesda are the biggest losers in gaming history. Raids are so boring now after 7 weeks but farming the EN06 is the quickest way to get to try and get the 4 star mods we want. We need quick rounds as there is only a 10% chance of getting a 4 star mod. Even then its usually sh1te like radio-active powered or battle loaders. I'm level 1600 and have maxed caps, gold, scrip etc so there is no fuggin point to even playing the game. The rewards are worthless. Only 4 stars left to play for. Why make this harder? No-one was cheating. What's next? No gatling plasma allowed.

Expect another patch soon...this exploitations are exactly why Bethesda is doing them...Raids should be played by 3-4 guys, from level 1 to 5...if youre able to finish him in 47 seconds in solo i can guarantee you that patch where you will not be able to go close to him is incoming

Furious is much better when you also have pounders. Also 3rd person does much more damage than 1st with auto melee weapons.
