Cicadas are really interesting. I learned a few things from watching and really appreciate your love for them (and the snail 🐌). I really don't like that they get SO LOUD that I can't hear the birds!
Near the i17 on Thunderbird, there is a tree that has the most cicadas every year and me and my dog hang out there every summer!!❤
Their wings are so beautiful!
Aren't they? I've seen them emerge before, and watching them pump blood into their crumpled wings is just amazing.
