I was sixteen when we lived in Soptuang. I witnessed many of these tragic events. The next 15-2, 15.3, 15.4 will be the ones that I witnessed with my own eyes. I related to those beloved people who I mentioned in the story. Some parts of the story portray traumatic events that some readers/group/family members may have been indirectly or directed affected by in the past. Therefore, my intent is to not cause embarrassment or shame to those victims with hurtful memories but to write an honest account of what happened in our history. I pray that those readers/group/family members who read this account may not be haunted by those traumatic memories but may the Heaven bless you and your families.
