-Pg after 1 month of internship -May 28 internship end
-July pg starts
-Unke time mai after 2nd year(2022) Next I (similar to USMLE step 1)
Then after final year
Then another one after internship(total 3 NEXT)
-After few days (after prof results) then NEXT exam
- Matlab proff hoga jaese hota hae.
-Proff hoga, uske baad mcq exam
-Jan bujh kar aiesa language use kiye hae Taaki jab next start hoga bacche bolenge aare bola nhi tha

Surgery itself is a vast subject.
Already Anesthesia another major subject is put along with it.
Dermatology and psychiatry are another two vast subjects that are put along with Medicine.
They could have put easily these subjects in the 3rd prof Part 1 along with eye and ent. Instead they are putting it in 3rd prof part 2.
And he is so enthusiastic cause AIIMS does this.
Its about evenly distributing the subjects so that there is no sudden pressure and people can learn well.
Anyway, Medical science in India is a jumbled up thing.
Even I wanted this to be there during my time 🥺😂could have married in 3rd year 😂😂no jokes..but even I feel this is a good decision
4th year is over loaded this way and your logic of freeing up 3rd year for this sake isnt a great trade off as already 3rd year was easy & comfortable!

Hello Bhaiya.... 🙂 Can You Please Tell us that this change start from 2022 batch or earlier batches also of mbbs. Or The earlier batches like 2020,2021 will follow earlier routined subjects which was given earlier.

Bad decision. We had FM&ComMed in 2nd prof. The whole time was wasted. Then suddenly all the big subjects came in 3rd and 4th Prof

Totally disagree with ur nonsense video.. it's not about completing subjects , it's about understanding depth of ENT and Opthal. Students who wanted to pursue MS Opthal in future as PG might not be able to get ample time on that subject in UG days. Pushing all clinical subjects to final mbbs will only make things utter confusing ..don't see everything in AIIMS perspective..you have got good talented teachers which maynot be the case in an average pvt medical College. This syllabus gives edge to students in top medical Colleges while it's a grave loss to avg Pvt colleges.

Go and ask any Resident in Ophthal/ENT that MBBS is just scratching the surface and you really don’t need too much depth.
Also, you have ample time in final proff - it’s 18 months!!
Only the exams would be taken together.
So get off your inferiority complex and see it with an open mind.
You earlier had 12 months in final proff
Now it’s 18 with 2 subjects extra.
The only proff which is tough is 2nd (PAgh/Pharma/micro in 12 months vs 18 earlier)

REQUEST FOR POSTPONEMENT OF FIRST PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATION FOR MBBS BATCH 2021-22 UPTO FEBRUARY
Sir I know Session of 2021-22 for first year mbbs students across the country has been delayed by months .But we also have to keep in mind the importance of this course.Until now the professors have not been able to complete our syllabus,then how can a student cope up with such a vast syllabus so early.Please please it's a heartfelt request to postpone the 1st professional examinations by one month that is conduct it in February atleast.January is too early.
Please bring this in notice of the Universities across the country so that none of them conduct the examinations before FEBRUARY.
PLEASE,OTHERWISE IT WILL BE A MATTER OF COMPROMISE WITH THE COURSE.
ALSO SOME COLLEGES ARE CONDUCTING IT IN FEBRUARY.PLEASE SIR POSTPONE IT BY ONE MONTH.
I'm all for this schedule and all but it just makes me a liiiitle angry lmao. My batch had to complete final year in 6 months flat because they screwed up the schedules so when I saw EIGHTEEN months being alloted for 4th year I'm like 😐😐🥲

I too believe that this is a change for good...considering that in professional life be it any branch everyone needs two other subjects apart from there own stream, these are FMT (Medical ethics) and PSM (be it physician, surgeon, paediatrician, gynecologist, opthalmologist or anyone, they'll require these 2 subjects during practice) However, they should've kept these 2 subjects for only 6 months..not more than that and should've given remaining time to final prof...i also wish they should change the way FMT is expected to be learned...apart from usual stuff learned in FMT, more emphasis needs to be given to medical jurisprudence (law and ethics for medical professionals) which all of us are in dire need in current circumstances

Koi bhi Chapter padh ke revise karna and then Question practise uska then chapter wise test dena. Try karna ki accuracy 80 85 percent se upper rhe.
Ncert padh sako to sare subjects ki padh lena. Organic and Inorganic with biology to must hai.
Physics ki atleast summary padh lena. Btw maine pura padha tha

It is good or bad I don’t know but all the people who are entering mbbs will adjust. That’s the nature of any human.
And anat physio wont come .. this is not very true.. they will ask question in such a way that one needs the knowledge of the basic subjects fully .. they have been doing this even in neet pg 2021 2022 and probably in 2023.
AIIMS used to do it shows it isn’t as bad as people making it out to be.

And 10% basic Sciences easily get covered with the main Sx and Medicine

That's the reason why State govt students perform well in most of the PG Entrance exams as compared to Aiims Delhi students.

Go online and search NEXT 1 exam pattern. It doesn’t have 1/2nd proff.
And I never said to ignore 1/2nd proff - just told to do standard textbooks but no need for coaching.
