We just stayed here in December. The negatives are The food was mediocre. unfortunately, you do get hounded a lot to go to the timeshare meeting. Pools are not heated. The positives are it was beautiful, nice staff, ocean view rooms, clean hotel.
If you are referring to the marina in downtown San Lucas, it's about 6-8 miles, too far to walk, but there are uber drivers who can pick you up and drop you off in both locations.
Did most of the restaurants require reservations or was it pretty easy to just walk in? If required reservations, was there pretty good availability? Great review. We are thinking of choosing this resort for a trip in aug
Please stop promoting the idea of saving your pool chair early in the morning. You are normalizing this behavior. No one should be saving chairs and having them unused for hours.

Starbucks is a separate cost, dinner buffet's happen occasionally, but you will mostly eat at the restaurants on site that have a menu.

Yes, you’ll want to get a reservation so you don’t have to wait. I’d suggest booking them all the first day, there is usually a buffet as a backup.
why are they offering free breakfast if it is all inclusive?
