the story around 9:59 is about a man who ordered a hitman on himself to have some adventure in his life. he took the money to pay for it and hotel rooms to hide in, along with quitting his job because he knew he either wouldn't survive or come back again. it's a weird story i know but if you put some of the pieces together, that's specifically what happened and the hitman ended up dying from being trapped in a car pushed off a cliff while the man with the blue bag got free, but soon disappeared so he wouldn't be found for the murder.
(sorry sorry he did die but awhile after from one of the other hitmen that found out about the other hitman's death)
