You will have to pay 2-3 lakhs(at least) more for marketing and advertising your game
Bro you own the studio, right. What is your most basic job in your studio, i.e game dev., game programmer, artist, tester, manager and so on?
The salaries have been exaggerated. Small scale studios do not give 20-40k a month. A company that can afford only 20k rent will give salaries not more than 13-15k per month to programmers.
Yeah, but these numbers are good for estimations to the client.
Side note. I kinda doubt Nikhil sir you estimate projects to such a high prices. India is a very money conscious market. But if you are really doing so, kudos to you. Also, buy at least a decent level camera and a mic.

Why does tester need a salary?
Testers work in same way the developers work but different . They read the requirement documents, prepare test strategy, write test scenario, execute test cases, report bugs, retest upon new fix, document changes, make regression pack, rinse and repeat. They have to make sure what was tested or not. So, they cost unlike actual players. Actual players do send bug report which is called beta testing but they come later in picture.
