I have watched over 20 videos on solar kiln and this is the first one that mentions the venting with a little information on how the venting works. It amazes me how people never mention the most important part of the process. That is how to get the moisture out.
Get a sheet of black plastic and run it from the bottom of the fan boxes to the leading edge of your lumber closest to the window itll help direct the airflow through the stack and keep the uv off of the wood
Well one it’s wide enough to load with a tractor! Fans force the heat down and through the wood. Most kilns do not have exit fans! A tarp can keep the wood from being sun fired!

Venting is extremely important! Having venting on the top and bottom help the fans with drawing air in to vent out the humidity/moisture.
