    One thing I would suggest when preparing ribs for a rib sandwich: Take your knife and score the top of the bone with one cut along the length of the bone. Makes it super easy to pop them out after the cook and if you're doing the ribs super tender, it prevents them from breaking apart when pulling the bone out

    I want to make my own ham at home from a fresh pork ham, what temperature and time would you recommend so that the texture is similar to that of industrial hams? Thanks for your great videos !!
