oh God Shweta, I can't tell you how much I adored this video because each and every item from that Sathvik menu is made in my home. Had I been living in Mumbai, pakka I would have invited you over to my place for a scrumptious lunch of home-made Palakkad cuisine - sambar, rasam, aviyal, usli, pachchadi (raita with tadka), pappad, panagam, payasam and much more! That pumpkin stew is called Olan by the way and sorry about the rasam, we make it hot usually. Great great video!

saggitbow I think I associate both in a bread role with food, which is in the same category for me anyway. I know ‘roti’ can mean different things as well, I mean a plain roti that you rip to eat food with.
@@pamelamason1715 ok. I think I would enjoy eating curry with pappad too. However a roti means only thing which is what you have described aptly :-)
saggitbow where I am from (middle of Canada), a roti can also describe a curried stew or a potato based filling wrapped in dough, pressed together and deep fried, or wrapped up in a whole roti and eaten. These dishes are from the Caribbean and Jamaica. Often dishes from other cultures share the same name. Have a great day 👍

Honestly i would say , its not worthy. There are so many options in mumbai they serve authentic satvik south indian delicacy. Spending on satvik food in 5* its not a good !dea. However I like the video , its something new & inspirational message towards fitness / nature. 👍🏼 X 2
