Eh, I mean if you wanna use an M4 as an annoying little pop on someone from a distance, it's good because you can really harass and suppress people from long range. I've done it in Ground War to essentially snipe but without the limitations of only having 2 extra mags of 5 rounds each.but definitely don't expect to drop a ton or kills. Get lots of assists though

X13 with the Impact can actually go kinda hard. Throw on a stock, optic, and 50 round mag and you pretty much got an SMG as your secondary without Overkill.
