While the roads are impressive, the long stretches of straights seem quite boring to drive on. I guess that is the trade-off we need to accept to have faster routes.

Cement road is also bad for tyres. Even I went to Delhi in June. That expressway is better and smoother compared to Samruddhi!! Have a safe trip !! Be prepared for the bad patch between Mumbai and Bharvur khurd (expressway start point)
I bought VIOFO dash cam, the price is on the higher side, but trust me the clarity of the front and back cameras are too good .. i am really enjoying it.

on ghats the speed limit is caped at 100 kmph and on rest its 120 kmph, so after sinnar while coming to mum the speed limit is 100.

Should not be looking at the camera while driving. At that speed a split second reaction time matters if something goes wrong.
Mostly wifey is managing the cam part !! Thoda bahut attention to cam when the road is clear !!

ADAS will be most convenient. But cars with Cruise control can also do it with ease. Only steering to be holded !!
