Why are they putting an upper limit on Skilled Trade Draws? The cut off was from CRS 350-424. What will people above 424 who cannot qualify for General Draw which is 535 and above? Same range draws happened on Jan 11th and on March 1st.
People in the middle who has higher qualifications are stuck without an invitation than those who received invitations but have less experience or low IELTS score and get an invitation.
It was so unfair for those who had scores more than 424
why?

I was planning to gain one year of experience in the concrete finisher trade. The company I am supposed to start is a small company, however, it’s registered and has 2-3 years in the business. They are willing to provide the employment letter with NOC, duties as well as 1 year experience after completion. Do I need anything else from the company in other streams a minimum of 500,000 is required. Please clarify this concern as there is not enough information on this question.

OINP for job offer (international students) ,my question is: I am still on student status (1 year diploma) finished first semester and second semester will end in Apr2024 and we are allowed to work as full time till that , I found a job at noc 3 in Ontario and it is full time and permanent, will my experience be counted? Because 6 months of work experience worth 3 points so I am planning to start counting from now

Hello Kubeir Sir, hope u r doing well. I just wanted to confirm something. Ive recently got married, my husband has received NOI from ontario,stage DIP. however he was the only applicant( also proof of fund for 1 person only 14234 CAD), i was not added as dependent as I am not going to accompany him to canada
But today we have received email from OINP stating that proof of fund is not enough for 2 persons. Also the officer stated that gift deed must be provided in case of large amount received from 3rd party. If i provide that, u think our application will be approved ? I mean if our proof of fund becomes 17127 cad. Thanks for replying it means alot. I have only 9 days to provide the required documents/information.

I am in ontario working from home for last 1.5 years for BC office and have shown interest for OINP. Am I eligible to get an invitation from Ontario tech specific draw, being in Ontario for my last 4 years, worked for BC office having main branch in Ontario?
Sir, I came to Canada last year on ICT work permit. I received and ITA recently, should I do medicals again. Will the medicals done in 2022 suffice. IRCC site says that medical done in last 5 years are valid until Oct 2024. Could you please throw some light, a video better for many.
OINP HCP NOI: It asks if the duration of my course was 2 years. I had done a full time 2 years MBA, however, the duration was not complete 2years but 21 month. Will it be considered as 2 years?

Hey Kubeir, I have 2 years of experience in which, I have 7 months of Butcher experience and for the same time period I have worked as a Drafter as well. So will I be eligible for the agriculture Draw since I have 6 months of experience? If I have 2 jobs at the same time, will it affect my ita? Can I just show one experience (Butcher experience), to be eligible for the agriculture draw? Or I need to show both of the experience and If I show both experience for same time period is it gonna affect my ITA?

oinp does not meet the estimated time! if you do, don't wait, so my application has already been submitted for 150 days and I don't have responses like mine to thousands in the same situation that I follow on the forum, if you apply, don't wait!

Such an illogical cutoff. Should i regret for getting good ietls score? People who got 5-6 bands got lucky and here 7 bands guys got nothing. And express entry trade category doesnt consist the noc code.

I got NOI on Aug 3, 2023, in welder noc code (skilled trades stream), as my application is in processing, and now Ontario has removed welders from skilled trades stream. Will there be any effect on my application?
Of course not. Its not like they have permanently removed it. Its jst for this draw.

Hi. My noc code was 72106. Welders and related machine operators. Should I expect my name in next draw or should I consider something else
If you have one year left and score is above 430 then u might get invite through trade category specific deaw in express entry.
@strikerstriker1786 I have until April but I am going to extend my legal stay using study permit or tourist visa. My score is 431. I was unlucky on last express entry draw with 425 crs something, I gave my ielts improvement exam a week after that draw. Now I got unlucky on this one too. I hope someone's good luck supercedes my bad luck and I get my pr😂

Yes they have removed it, but they have not said that they will accept it either. Hence it's a risk and entirely upto you

Hello, I got OINP invite to apply, but my employer is still reviewing if they are willing to help with the employer forms. Is there a way I can ask for a time extension_ Since they requested me to provide all info in 14 calendar days

Unfortunately the deadline to submit is strict and extensions are not given. You may write an explanation that the employer will submit the employer form directly to them, and take a chance with it, if you wish

Hello,
I was looking at the options of successfully getting PR in Canada.
1. I first came to Canada on a study permit in Dec 2021 and successfully graduated in December 2023.
2. Applied for PGWP in December 2023 as well and got it approved in Jan 2024, which is valid untill Jan 2027.
Background:
Canadian Education- 2 years (Diploma in Journalism)
Work Experience: I mean I just got my PGWP like a week ago and I work as Court Reporter (which is NOC 2 or 3 which doesn't help, I'm looking for a better NOC job)
I have a sibling got his PR approved, I believe that helps a little bit. (We are blood siblings, so like really siblings not cousins)
Questions-
As we all know getting a PR is getting tougher and tougher as days are passing, so i was looking to explore different options -
A. It had been suggested to me that knowing Canada's offical languages helps, i.e, English and French. I have tried taking to French but it's proving to be different 😅
Should I just power through or knowing French doesn't name a difference?
B. International Student Stream Program? I know a little bit about the stream but I'm not entirely sure, such as the wages you need to earn if your employer is helping you part?
C. Just hope for the scores to lower!
