I think the Steel Seraph is actually needed for the life gain and flying + ability to turn it into a 7/6 flying monster. I added a Mech which saved me in a game.
Yeah I though it was so much fun to play. Also sometimes you have a deck you've been thinking about for a while and then when you play it you're just so excited no matter what and that was this deck for me.
Do you think the new artifacts are more aggro, midrange, or control? Do you see them going into lots of decks? I agree they got a big boost and right now my vision is very control with some giant artifact creatures for late game. Love to hear your thoughts.

I made one like this ang got mythic. I had tezzeret. It does pretty good but I never thought of inquisitior and warden. That 66 flyer is nice. Gonna mess around
I'm a huge Tez fan personally. If you play your cards right and have numerous ways to take advantage of his discount, you can get a ton of extra value from him.
@@AceMTG well I just hit mythic with it. I use 3 copies of retrofitter, amd instead of angel I use 2 copies of dusk rose. Usually sacking a useless creature to eliminate a threat early. Amd then it's got ward so it's nice, especially when you remove their tokens. I blasted through everything, top 500 mythic. It's insane, thanks for the ideas
Your adjustments are great and I'm glad you tweaked it to make it work so well. I think it will be the deck for the next couple weeks I'm going to be playing for free time. @@treysharkk1
At 1:01:30 I think a brown belt is okay, but the weakness of this deck clearly are these Control decks with all their Temporary Lockdowns, Wandering Emperors, Sunfalls, etc. And I also think that with only 3x Steel Seraph and no other source of lifegain, you could be in some trouble against Boros Convoke and Mono-Red Aggro if they have a good curve.
Very true. Probably from how I use to rate a Purple belt but If I go tier one at black tier two would be brown even though I don't always follow that. I think I just have thought about this deck for a month and was so excited to play it I over ranked it.
i crafted reenact the crime but cant bring myself to play that deck. Zero interaction. Would love to dunk on azorious control with it but in reality I would just beat up on t3 creature decks which is sad.
@@AceMTG With crime deck missing a early land drop is sooo painful. I have 1 of the izzet board wipe that is a tutorable which saves my tail while assembiling combo
I have a similar Azorius Artifacts deck but I also play Gold-Forged Thopteryx as another 2-drop creature. Do you think this doesn't belong in that kind of Azorius Artificats deck? I found it useful to gain lots of life with the Thopteryx + Michiko, to stay alive against Boros Convoke and Mono-Red Aggro.
I can see that and putting the glyph on it for the big flying lifelink. Maybe just better than Norns Inquisitor. I wanted the 6/6 flyer which is why I used it. But a copy or two of the coat and Inquisitor is all I would change for some swaps.
At 51:25 did I miss something or why did you not kill his single blocker (Charming Scoundrel) with your Get Lost and then attack for lethal with the 1/1 Siren + the 5/4 Glyph = 6 damage?!
In the long game yes but at the time Boros convoke was so many matches and they can chump block for days. I wanted the huge pump on a flyer to get the win fast.

A bigger beater with the Smithy and Agency Chief. I like the removal of the Dusk Rose. I think I like that addition for mine.
At 51:36 you could get lost their 1 blocker and hit them for 6 which is exact lethal. Opponent was completely tapped out.

Super fun deck and, lots of versatility. Love all the ways to slide in a creature that's been pumped up with Michiko.

As someone that loves playing with artifacts I'm thrilled about the new big score toys artifacts gets, really enjoyed this vid in aggro artifacts.

Fun deck, you can throw in a cheeky Mirrex or two as they help with artifacts and for the control matchup. :)
Good call on that one. Slip of the mind on the mana base for the first version but for sure needs some Mirrex.

I seem to never draw it with my artifact decks but have been beaten by it enough to know its power in these builds. @@jojodelacroix

It has no interaction but boy does it keep killing me. I'm so happy when the combo does not happen turn four but then goes off on turn five.
