I used to like it but season 2 made me mad at Zoe/Zoey. Like really mad. I liked season 3 but I got very mad at Heather at parts too.
Basically I love it but there are just characters I wish I could kick out but then there are parts where I loved those characters.

The horse could be the barn manager, the instructor--what if your horse was the instructor?! :-) Horse could be nervous about its job interview, or could be responsible for its own chores, buys the wrong type of hay, spends all the grain money on peppermints, etc. Horse helps you go horse shopping for a second horse?
