Young man, you do have some of the coolest "toys" I've seen!!! You can never be over prepared for when the SHTF, but I'd have to say you're within eyesight of that! Well done! Well it's been nice watching your video's I have enjoyed them a lot please once you get out of the Hospital send word what year you will be able to post some more. Don't feel bad my daughter use to hang me out to dry when I said or did something the wife would get mad at I even gave her a back stabbing award one year.

My wife hoarded mason jars, too.
Not sure if you have but you can but drawer sliders which come out further or alternatively you can make that an open drawer (with no front) or you can perhaps install a hinge on the drawer front so the front of the drawer flips down.
Granted you can also shift the whole thing back which would probably be easier, cheaper and faster than all the crap I just wrote above.
That little room is going to get really hot. The fd’rs give off a Lot of heat. You may want to move your food storage to a cooler are as heat degrades your food.

Not sure if you mentioned it in this video,but how long did you end up waiting to get that thing in? In another video you mentioned it might be a while for delivery.
It took about 9 weeks total I think. Last I heard they were down to just a couple weeks but that was a couple weeks ago.

You should probably move the pump about 6 to 10 inches to the right. You need proper air flow through the machine. I just don't want it to cause problems for you.

No. Just making sure we don’t get caught off guard with the next disaster if one hits. I hope I can look back one day and laugh about the money I wasted prepping. The bread question was just a joke reference to Kim’s dry bread. 😄
