W video. You forgot the Infinix Note 30 VIP. The Poco F5 is also slowly trickling into the Kenyan market. At around the same pricepoint, it should be a worthy choice too. 👊
This is a great review. I'm happy that Kenyan tech reviews have scaled up in production quality. Nicely done. My choice comes down to Xiaomi or Samsung. I loathe Tecno's HiOS. The UI triggers my rage in so many ways. That alone blocks my mind from ever buying a Tecno or any other phone made by Transsion Holdings. Software design and support is key so Samsung's One UI wins it for me. I'd argue that no other UI on android comes close to it other than stock android. I'm currently using a Redmi Note 11 and I like MIUI very much. When it comes to battery life, all the phones have good capacities. My concern come with the charging speeds. 25 watts is slow by today's standard but I can live with it. 120 watts is overkill to be honest and this wil affect the battery life in the future, especially for a device that has a 5,000 mAh or less capacity. My sweet spot is between 33 to 65 watts. For the display, Samsung loses because of that U-shape notch. It's the only reason I got my Redmi Note 11 over last year's A33. The Redmi and the Tecno won that category. For the camera, I'm inclined to go with the Redmi. I feel like Tecno oversaturates their images a lot. I've been a samsung user before so I'm confident that the A34 handles okay for most cases. My overall pick would be the Redmi Note 12 pro plus.
Iam a Samsung user note 10+ and its no doubt a great smartphone. its software is amazing bt tecno is really pushing the boundaries. If they can refine their software a bit, i would go back using a tecno 4n again in the future. I mean just look at the design ,camera & slimbezzels. Tecno is the clear winner there that's justice. I would've picked a Samsung bt that would be fraud
To me, I would have go for Redmi because of the fast charging. But the Tecno is my overall winner❤. Awesome video there, Boss.
