Your plans are very nice but.... Y r u not showing common area in ur plans... Like which facing, space for water sump, parking area, septic tank, window ventilation space outside and compound wall,Main gate. Main door n Main gate is different.
I have also same doubt, near by plots will be of some other properties,how can we make ventilation there
