I'm a retire fired example, myself, 2018. I served my country, faithfully, and I am a 30 year combat aviation veteran. I was in every U.S. conflict between 1989 through 2016. I was raised old-school but I was part of the onset of the cancel culture in 2018 and I had to go. I have no regrets, though. As a leader, my focus was to lift everyone up to succeed, regardless. I retired as an E-9, but my focus was to give everyone the opportunity to do and be whatever it was their hearts desired. Time for them to remember and return to the core values. Great piece,here. I'm no CEO of anything, but full of the blessings that I survived all of those conflicts and perhaps touched a life or two. Thank you.
