- DAY IN MY LIFE WITH A DISABILITY
This video is a day in my life but with a bit of a difference I'm showing you what things I have to do a bit different because I have left side hemiplegia / cerebral palsy it is the main disability you notice when you see me . It mostly effects my left hand but also effects my balance when I'm running or working out. 🏋️♀️
So this is a day in my life with a disability/ left side hemiplegia hopefully this video helps you if you have a disability that effects your hands or just body like hemiplegia does enjoy.
