Terrific insights ! Imagine if one has to pay for such clear-headed experienced leader to tell you something like this, how much would you pay !! One thought - Timing is most important and it is absolutely clear now - but wondering that isn't timing part of the core idea itself ? All the great ideas are seeded with time or timing. Some timing aspects can be only appreciated in hind-sight (like recession in case of AirBnB) but generally all ideas are more about timing (Need of the hour solution).

Knowing these attributes is useful for thinking critically. However, don't limit your thinking to this. The set of opportunities is larger than what can be explained and predicted by these attributes.
