Am I still a CPA in the Philippines? Or my CPA title is only credited at Canada. Thank you for the future response
you will see the list of countries on the CPA Canada where you can be recognized as a CPA, but mostly cpa in canada is recognized in the middle australia etc

Am I able to work in Canada, or I have to equate my certificate ?

You most likely have to take some courses, classes depending on what job you want to do. Entry level bookkeeping jobs you usually don't need much qualification for but a Certified Professional Accountant would be different.

Do you need to go to University to be an accountant in Canada or can you go to College?
Accountant is a broad term. To become a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) You need to go to University. If you just want to be a payroll or bookkeeping clerk, you are probably good with a college course.

No that's gross. The net also depends on the individuals situation, so usually salaries are mentioned gross. But this video is a couple of years old now so likely the salaries went up a bit.

It seems like the majority of people have more success to get the study permit when they explain that they will go back to their home country after studying. But we can't tell you what to do there since we are not an immigration consultant.
