Didn't think much about his death when i first discovered this mix. After many many replays of this precious gem, i must say we lost an extremely talented music poet. R.I.P Øfdream.

Around 2019 I hired him to write a song to use in promos for one of my books (he called the song 'protagonist', you can still find it on YT). We skyped some to talk about the direction of the song. The language barrier was significant (his english being rough, and my french being utter shit,) but he was affable and excited, in a calm way though, that I would attribute to a smooth manner of speech. His attitude toward the song was highly collaborative, and he was awesome to work with. News of his loss was a punch to the gut.
Suicide, sadly. He was suffering mentally, despite getting treatment. He touched so many lives and opened so many people to this genre with his unique style.
