Apparently, Igneel gave it to him, I'm not sure the reason why, but it apparently had an enchantment that protects the wearer from death magic. And Natsu was hit by death magic resulting it to turn black.
Natsu: The only Dragon Slayer who, when faced with the God of Flame, just decided he'd become the Flame Dragon God.
So when Zancrow eats Natsu's Dragon Slayer magic, he just gets a snack. When Natsu eats Zancrow's God Slayer magic, he gets to use both powers.
Yeah, that seems fair.
Natsu didnt simply eat Zancrow's flames. He nullified his own magic and vacuumed them. So it was nothing like when Zancrow ate Natsu's flames.
Dennis Williams Well, Zancrow has the flames of a god, which are technically stronger than those of a dragon. So Natsu's flames are just an meal to refill his energy, like Natsu did plenty of times. So for Natsu, Zancrows flames ARE a power up. There is nothing unfair about it.^^
Frozen Soul The way I think it works is that people who killed dragons labeled "Dragon Slayers" were the only ones who could kill dragons. No other human could posses that ability except for the dragon slayers so the people revered them as "gods". People who were afraid that these "gods" would become abusive of their power and would need a type of magic that could stop them. So after much time and work they created a new form of magic: God Slaying Magic. This magic was intended to be a weakness to the dragon slayers since they used a type of element they used and made it inedible to the slayer. The whole point of a god slayer is to defeat a dragon slayer but Natsu found the way to beat them: drain your energy completely in order to create a vacuum to create energy from the inedible element.

Never completely understood how the main characters in anime could go from getting their asses destroyed to using their 1 ultimate super move to destroy the enemy like why didn't u do tht in the first place?

Because it's kind of like a finisher. Imagine if you were in their situation. What if they miss or maybe they counter? So you weaken them until it's a good time. Or it's just some anime/manga bullshit

Sometimes you need time to find a strategie against another one or like in this scene to find a way to "trick" the enemys strength. He emptyed his Magic pool to gain the abillity to absorb the flames instead.
not every battle can be won before it is fought..sometimes you need to be in it to find the right attack lol if he could beat him before they fought it would be pointless fighting and we get a good fight scene

They don't. It all depends on the skill of the user that puts it together. I use a wide variety of Rock with my Bleach AMVs, including Three Days Grace, Rise Against, and Disturbed (tho I haven't published my Disturbed AMVs since they don't come out well enough in my opinion to be considered finished)
DBZ works well with Rap because Rap beats are repetitive and super easy to match with anything. Since DBZ is basically non stop hits, it can be matched up to anything also when made right.

What the hell is going on? Every time I find this song tonight, no matter what video, the first 8 seconds of the song are just gone! I watch this video all the time and it only happened once, which was fixed when I restarted the video or refreshed the page.
