New Features:
-Mods and Creation Club menus have been combined into a unified Creations Menu.
-Missing Creation check feature added to resolve missing Creations when loading a save file.
-Store your Active Load Order and retrieve it from Bethesda.net
-ESL Range has been doubled to 4096 records. Source scripts for Fishing, Rare Curios, Saints & Seducers and Survival are now provided as a Creator’s resource.
-Resource Pack added to the game to assist Creators.

Finally putting an end to the mod maintenance…. By killing free mods….
So they fixed Kindered Judgement? This bug happened to me. Having to spend so long fighting through the vampire castle back area to get ti the soul cairn (which had no right to be as long as it was), then do all the stuff in the soul cairn, then all of the forgotten veil, and then defeat that snow elf boss, only for the last quest to glitch out and not start? That really annoyed me.
oh god I’m on xbox series and I was confused because I didn’t see “mods” on the menu at first and I was pissed thinking the update broke my game but then I noticed “creation club” was changed to “creations” so I was like “oh…oh no…” I had to stop myself from breaking my controller in anger when I saw the ugly and CLUTTERED menu. It was so simple before. I checked my load order and some mods were disabled and a bunch of them were out of order, had to fix it and tried not to cry because I have almost 100 mods 😭
Mine got deleted. Oof.

So would you say it's safe to update on console? Or should I just remain offline when I play I have 150 mods installed that's a big potential for something to be broke and it takes ages to find and reinstall the mods that ain't broken.
You need to NOT update. Skse is broken and all of your mods will need updating. That is if it's anything Luke pc

Depends some haven't been affected that much others unfortunately its completely stuffed LO if you like your LO now stay offline until the community have fixed Bethesdas trash again
Is this update for the Switch version and if so, what content does it add and bugs does it fix? I created a Dunmer Mage character who's background is an apprentice for Neloth and the prompt for the quest to get the free house never starts for me cause the Ashspawn doesnt attack Captain Veleth cause he never goes to the old farm. Just wanna know if its for the Switch and what it fixes
After the update the creations option is not there. I only have continue, new, load, credits, help. Does anyone know how to fix this

Don't use the in-game mod manager, it messes up your load order.

All the people crying in steam forums lol, i always keep a backup of any game i mod (gta sa, fallout 4 etc..).
I updated skyrim se, wiped all files and replaced them with my skse 1.5.97 files that ive had since 2020.
You can turn off auto updates and most pc players use vortex or mod organizer to launch the game through skse64 loader which won't auto update because the game doesn't get launched from steam.
