That fortuners center diff lock was not engaged unless its only a 2x4. Its amazing how the drivers who get stuck dont get out to hitch up the snatch strap. The Jimney is a beast. Moremi definitely on my next trip agenda but not in wet season.
The Botswana Delta has so much to offer - Wildlife galore, ADVENTURE and scenery to boot! Very nice trip. Bring back fond memories! Thank you for sharing
Now this is the adventure we want to see not just the game and campsite. Thanks for the series and loving the videos. Weight Gents, Weight is the killer with the wet and muddy conditions .
Such a wonderful video - as always, I enjoyed every moment (the scenery, people, animals ...). I must confess, I 'laughed out loud' - and watched the following footage at least seven times: a. Checking in at Third Bridge (18:50 to 19:13) b. Explaining your 'amazing-amazing and super-adventurous day' - just about the entire convoy getting stuck in the mud. (19:38 to 19:58). Best 'YT-video Tour-Guide Couple' prize goes to ... Kenneth and Ti-Amore. Looking forward to experiencing 'Magotho, etc' with you (episode 5).
my favorite episode.but you Guys must respect that suzuki ladie She isn't stuck😊.......next time don't forget to show up on map where you're moving I'm the one who's like visiting our region of SADC❤
Great vid, nice to see more of the actual wildlife and also the struggles of getting through! Other channels never show any challenges. Jimny killing it again!
Thanks Paul!! We had a pretty high paced trip and with all the water wildlife sightings weren’t that abundant.. The journey this trip is the main focus but we did have incredible wildlife sightings in the Chobe area - coming soon 😊😊 Thanks for watching - appreciate the support on the channel
Nice one - such a cool place that. We were there early April too - must have passed you guys along the route somewhere. We went the other way though - from 3rd Bridge to Xakanaxa. Then Magotho, Savuti and Chobe.
Such a great trip so far, super adventurous!! We are really enjoying following along. Has most certainly planted the seed for us to get started (baby steps) into over landing. Your approach to your footage is awesome. Thanks for sharing👏
Am not surprised that the Jimmy didn't get stuck becouse it's very light, those Rigs are heavy. Love how animals are roaming around you as you pull each other out of the mud 😂.
Geez man what an adventure … What time of year was this ? Are you guys going to “OPPIEPANNE “ . We are and then heading into Moremi and Chobe in the truck . Can’t wait . We’re also going to Magotho, so looking forward to your next vid 🙌👏
It was awesome bud!! Just last month, beginning of April.. Haven’t considered it, gonna do some research on it! Not gonna lie, anybody going to the Moremi makes me jealous from now on haha.. Ohh Magotho journey was hectic, we took some very off the beaten track roads haha..
Today I am posting the comment before I watch the video because I just know it is going to be another fantastic one. So, thanks for another amazing video with stunning footage and excellent story. (If this comment is still here later, then you will know that I was right).
Steve - I always find it crazy that someone you haven’t met can give so much support and encouragement!! We really appreciate you and hope the video lives up to your comment 🤣
Congratulations - we have done this trip in April 23. it was assume!! Lions at the bathhouse and rhinos feeding around our Campervan during the night. Regards from Germany
Wow, what an adventure. Only downside for you is not getting more days to enjoy Moremi. I like the Part the most that you are busy getting someone unstuck and in the background an elephant casually walks by. That says it all for Moremi.
This trip was a very high paced one with lots of ground to cover.. We will definitely be back in the Moremi soon and stay there for at least 10 days!! We know there is incredible wildlife to encounter.. That moment is what Botswana is all about - you are so close with nature it’s incredible!! Thanks for watching 😊😊
Wonderful staff. I’m a native motswana and only get to see such places through your camera lens. Thank you for taking us with. Just a question though; Every-time you run the winches it seems like they hav to b plugged to the battery or am I mistaken? And if that’s the case, why aren’t they permanently wired to the batteries.?
Love all your episodes, and as a Jimny driver this episode gave me a lot of satisfaction =D Dankie vir die great escapes wat julle met ons deel, dit maak my opgewonde om soortgelyke trips te doen. PS: Do you know if the Jimny has a long range rank? I don't see jerry cans on it, and wondering how to go about the 40L tank...
Thanks Francois!! A jimny is incredible! This Jimny did have an auxiliary fuel tank giving it a total of 80l which was enough on this trip to not need extra jerry cans 😊😊
Awesome trip! I saw your Botswana video as well. A friend in SA told me they have some legit Overlanding there. I agree! Is that Toyota SUV 2 wheel drive? At 6:12 it seems to be turning rear wheels only. I’ll need to join you all on one of my trips out there!!
U guys had a real wonderful adventure. Being stuck and scared in the middle of nowhere is quite some experience. I see travelling as a team with several cars is best, so that U pull others out when they're stuck. Adrenaline pumping experience.
Excellent video, many thanks for posting. I did a two week self drive camping safari in Namibia in October and I'd love to visit Botswana in 2024-5. Who did you rent the Land Cruiser from? Greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪
Thanks Damian!! You should definitely visit Botswana - it is absolutely amazing! We didn’t rent, these are our personal rigs.. Look into Chobe4x4 for rental options 😊
Totally impressed by the Jimny👌
We cannot speak highly enough of the capability of that small beast!!
That Jimny needs to be given a lot more credit please. Its fighting 😆😆
The Jimny wasn’t even struggling 😎
Enjoying the Botswana series! the Suzuki Jimney is doing wonders

Gives it a massive advantage!! It’s incredible - the wildlife element takes these trips to a whole new level!!

The Fortuner was a 4x2 😂 But it really did incredible on this trip
Jimny always gets the job done😅🎉. This really changed my perception towards it❤
Jimny is amazing 🔥🔥
Jimny what a small beast
Lekkerste!!!!!!

Jimny is impressive , daai Fortuner is nie 'n 4x4 nie.
Baie impressive!! Nee dit was ‘n 4x2, kan nogsteeds nie glo hoe goed hy gedoen het nie!! 😊

aah, the update is awesome. THX.
Jimny welldone
There is nothing like Cruiser
Sound on for the V8😮💨😮💨😮💨
V8 sound is just next level 🔥
Wow. Thats a great video. Which month is this?
Thanks for watching!! This was Early April this year 😊
Wow Jimmy did it better than Fortuner and Amarok😅 unbelievable
They could’ve used a spoon directly on the starter, granted if they could get underneath.
Jimny wow
Vote 4 d jimny..🎉
Who's with me
Is die Fortuner 4x4 ?
Nope the Fortuner was 4x2 - definitely not ideal but we were many vehicles so we could assist when needed 😊
What time of year?
This was beginning of April this year
😊 10:32 💪🏻
Gotta make some noise 😎
Huge shout-out to the small under rated Suzuki that didn't get stuck 😂
Beast of a vehicle that!!
JIMNY!
