There is an amazing book I've read called Winning the war in your mind by Craig Groeschel which speaks on anxiety and replacing those thoughts with scripture & now currently reading The power of your words by Don Gossett that speaks on confessing what we posses and many chapters will repeat on being Healed by his stripes. My dear friend had a rare form of aggressive breast cancer that metastasized to the lymph nodes. A year later, she is cancer-free. Praise the Lord Jesus for answered prayer! My prayers are with you!
As someone who works in psychiatry, I loooooooooovvve this. The “psychology world” calls it CBT but in the spiritual realm, it’s really casting down imaginations/ strongholds that come against the knowledge of God. We MUST continue taking EVERY thought captive!
I'm and LSW and I tell people all the time that a lot that we are learning and encouraged to apply that is evidence based in the psychology world is In the Bible, it's biblically based. It is why CBT works! And social emotional learning is basically teaching the fruit of the spirit. It's pretty amazing.
@@sonyaso9586 That’s a fact. I prescribe and do therapy. However, I actually hate prescribing but I know in severe MI cases, particularly inpatient, it works for quick stabilization/ crisis. If I could work full-time in deliverance, through Jesus Christ, that would be my dream. His blood STILL works. I actually saw one of my patients delivered about two weeks ago so Ik this is what God wants.

The devil tries to mentally torment you by making you anxious about tomorrow, using past trauma, making you think things will not work out, making you think you will fail or are a failure because you may have messed up, etc. However, we know this is the opposite of what God says so we have to stop those negative thoughts from the devil in their tracks. When the devils’ FALSE narratives arise, immediately say this for example: No, I will not be anxious or worry bc my Heavenly Father knows what I need and the word says be anxious for nothing (Matthew 6:25-34). If you’re worried about failing, you could say: I can do this because greater is he who is in me (1 John 4:4) and I can do all things through Christ who strengths me (Philippians 4:13). An easy way to trick your mind into speaking the opposite of what the enemy says is to make a chart. On the left side write the negative thought youre thinking and on the right side, write the opposite of what it really is or could be. Practice replacing the negative thought with the positive one until you get really good at taking captive of the negative thought. Then speak only positive about your life because the word says life and death lies in the power of your own tongue (Proverbs 18:21). I hope I didn’t confuse you. This is very generalized. For something more specific to your situation, I recommend reaching out to a believer of the faith who is gifted in counseling or therapy. If you are unable to seek therapy, you can also get in Word, pray, and fast more & use social media less. I can tell when my clients aren’t doing these things bc their symptoms are exacerbated. When they pray, fast, and meditate on his word, they become stronger/ a fighter/ a warrior in Christ. I hope this helps! God bless!

The more I pray and stay in the Word, the more the anxiety goes away. I had become so despondent about how bad my life was going and how anxious that made me that I stopped praying, stopped reading my Bible, stopped fasting and meditating. I just felt like there was no hope for me, so I gave up. Now, I feel much better, and the anxiety isn’t keeping from living my life anymore ( except driving).

What helped me was spending a couple of hours or more each day reading the Book of Psalms. I struggled 8 months with anxiety and depression. Just stayed in the book of Psalm. 8 months later it just suddenly gotten, and I felt completely normal.

I have NEVER met anyone that would have the thoughts and pictures pop up like I did. The Lord told me to always lean on him and his truth and that to go down the path of “what ifs” is demonic. We live in the present and we live in Gods truths. I’m just in shock bc I have always dealt with with these images and seeing these horrible things and sometimes they are so silly I just laugh but when I was younger this was stuff that would put such fear in me it shaped my life wrongly for a long time. Praise God it doesn’t anymore. God is faithful and he is our key freedom! This blessed me so much.

Me too. When she mentioned the driving and crashing into the tree, I have that thought intensely when I drive. It causes me to panic while driving and even stay away from driving. Let's use the tools she talks about, God told her that others will be helped and free by her testimony and they'll use the tools he gave her. We will get through it

Jesus has set me free from anxiety I am just like you, I never invited Jesus in because I thought my anxiety was to big for him. My God was bigger! He WILL heal you! It takes time, work, obedience, listening, but the Lord will guide you to freedom! I would never have thought in my entire life, I could say I’m free from the taunting insanity thoughts. But I am. Jesus heals and in his perfect timing, don’t lose hope and trust in him!!❤❤
I will say this I was on Xanax for over 12 years has severe anxiety attacks it took a while but I'm telling you Jesus helped me through it I have been off the anxiety medicine and I have not had but probably one or two anxiety attacks in the last 15 years

Fear and anxiety was such a stronghold of the devil on me. I have been a believer since i remember but this fear of rejection from God was so huge i was afraid to pray or get close with God. I knew He loved me but didnt feel it. I had fear of God, the future, making mistakes, just anything really. I am now closer to God, praying and living with Him. Im still batteling fear almost every day, but WITH God. I still dont know why i have so much fear. I dont know where it came from or how it all started but i wont let the devil win!! God is greater.

This is so convicting for me. I suffer from agoraphobia and panic attacks, and I found God after years of being lost. He answers my prayers every day. "Now you're going to write a letter to forgive this person". "Now you are going to pray about this, keep praying until you feel perfect contrition for them and you.". He's helping me chip away at the trauma I mostly never chose and He keeps reminding me I am on His clock, to trust Him. I will heal, I just need to walk with Him. I wake up everyday with hope and faith. I can't wait to go to church, live a full life, have a baby with my husband. Thank you God. Thank you.
This was for me. I recently gave my life to Christ and I’ve been battling infection and mysterious illnesses, but because of ptsd and panic attacks, anxiety and depression, I never felt like I could truly be Christian and trust God. Always feeling like something bad would happen, especially when I’m ill because illness is linked to my ptsd. I was so dependent on people like Cindy. My family and boyfriend, and I saw images of dead people, myself included. My mind would always race and I always would seek a self-fulfilling life online where I could pretend to be happy and I just ended up becoming more and more depressed. I am now learning to now be dependent on the Lord, thank you so much Cindy.

I wanna say my anxiety is like cancer since childhood as long as I remember being abused to bad teenage to a clean sober adult for four years clean. I have a story almost identical to yours. I’m here crying because I’m actually listening to this because of the anxiety and depression I’m suffering with. When you spoke of the dream, I couldn’t help but cry because I’m currently pregnant and waiting for my husband to come back home…I was once a kid like you, swore I would never get married because of the hurt that men inflicted onto me. Jesus chose this life for me, and I’m still trying to understand why I have this anxiety. I’ll continue to pray for an answer. I can’t allow my baby to be affected by my own fears.

This helped me so much. Thank you. I have been plagued for years with what I call 'episodes' or 'attacks' they are mental but also physical. I get a rush/wave that tingles up my body then makes my body numb and hot like burning. I then feel immense panic and have intrusive things. I start to sweat and my heart beats faster. They are truly terrifying and I can get one a day or get them all day one after the other. Would you please pray that I am delivered of them 🙏

Lord that was such a beautiful testimony. I'm sitting here in a puddle of tears. I have dealt with postpartum anxiety since giving birth 5 months ago and just know that your testimony.has touched me to my soul. I hope to have that breakthrough testimony soon. God bless your ministry.
I had a horrible mental oppression for a long time due to the labor n delivery pain. I did delivery without medication and i remember i yelled “im going to die” tons of times. I came into agreement with fear. The enemy took advantage of my fragile mind and for three years fear panic anxiety and depression followed me. Until last summer the shadow of death (suicide) pressed for me to end my life. That’s when i became desperate, i have three little kids that depend on me. I found out i need it to renounce to fear and so many other issues. I got a deliverance done plus i had to learn to take back dominion over my mind with scriptures i take every negative thought of fear captive to the cross. I know now how to pray warfare prayers n cast out the devil out my house n atmosphere. Jesus is healing me, the shadow of suicide went away. It used to come at night for months and torture my stomach. I would shake and tremble with fear i had no energy to pray nor open the Bible. I lost 30 lbs and half my hair, i was fighting for my life. I thought i was condemned and i was hell bound. The torment was horrendous. But once i learned about my identity in Christ, how deeply loved i am by Heaven, how Jesus washed away my sins from the past, how i learned to take dominion over my mind with scriptures and FAITH, then i felt i started to recover quickly. I’m so so much better now. Praise to Almighty God my deliverer my strength my love. It was in my deliverance session where d Holy Spirit showed me the spirit of death entered my body in labor n delivery.
I've always had certain amounts of anxiety my whole life, but a few months ago it got REALLY out of control. I kept fearing the worst that might happen the next day and basically every other day I literally couldn't sleep. I even turned to alcohol to try to "lift me up" and numb the discomfort. Unfortunately, the alcohol started to not help and was actually making things worse for my thought patterns. Things went from bad to worse quickly as I started having darker and darker thoughts. Fortunately God and my family came to help me and am doing so much better. I also am slowly getting back into my faith as I was basically a backslidden Christian for sometime. I will be forever grateful to God and my family for literally saving me at my lowest point. Finally, as of the writing of this comment I'm celebrating 4 1/2 months sobriety!

I’m a born again believer and still struggle with ocd, ptsd, anxiety and depression. Mental health and the Christian walk is so misunderstood and although Christian’s try to help a lot of times with no understanding of the complex dynamic of spiritual mental health they end up doing more damage than good. I am Boran Again and i am still strugling with anxiety. Just tgis afternoon, I suddenly cried in front of my siblings. I wasnt able to hold it back just like what i always do. In my head i always say "in jesus name, give me strength". It's so calming. But still, i know i still have a long way to fight this anxiety. In Jesus Name, we will get better

Watching this video remind me of watching God how he took this anxiety away from my daughter. She struggled so much with anxiety. Than she fasted and one day God used me her mother to be part of this blessed removal of the strong hold of anxiety from my daughter. Praise Jesus for my daughter is no longer bond by anxiety

If you keep going to The Lord as that's what He wants us all to do, it will get better. We all struggle this is why we are not perfect and need Jesus. Jesus is the one that subsides all the devil's lies and gives us peace. I struggled with OCD. Still do at times. Not as bad because the Lord helps me. Alexa - !! I had PPPD for nearly three years. I was healed of it by Jesus / God on July 3 but still have its symptoms; He has told the symptoms aren't real but are of the enemy. I love the toolbox analogy. God has actually put a toolbox analogy in my mind to meditate over for many years, but it doesn't refer to the specific tools he gives individuals, but how individuals themselves are tools in Gods hand. It's very easy in church culture for a leaning towards homogenizing the church body into a group of individuals with all one function, but God gives us all unique backgrounds, challenges, and strengths that make us our own tools. It is very much the picture of "The body of Christ" in that we all have specific functions and some of us are even hidden from the public to not know our functions. Some are between just us and the Lord. I'm glad for your testimony, Cindy. Please remember that the amount God works through you is not limited to how well you feel you are doing. You have a powerful message and it's hugely in part of where God has lead you through these dark times. God gives us each a lot we much accept. Many times it is painful, but don't give up on God because of your continued challenges with mental health. I have gone through the wringer myself and I'm reminded often of Job who was cheated out of all his earthly comforts by Satan which was allowed by God. We're all going to experience suffering in this life as a result of sin itself, and out of the battle against it, but thank God that we are still used regardless in our time of weakness! “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong!"
I began to struggle with anxiety in my late 20s and 30s . It would come in bouts of fear, lack of enthusiasm for the normal things most of us enjoy doing. I’m well into my 40s now and I’ve learned that Alcohol contributed to those raw emotions and uncontrollable thoughts. Coffee has also been something I have tried to limit my use of because it seemed to trigger these emotions as well . I know the struggle and the pain that anxiety causes. But Knowing Gods word as All love toward us and NO condemnation whatsoever has been a huge factor because the enemy uses our own faults and weaknesses against us and beats us in our minds when we fail. Reflecting on The Love of Jesus daily plays a huge part in my freedom along with what I put into my body and what I abstain from as well.

I lived and tried to kill myself several times before I was saved due to anxiety. Was put in psych wards and did every psych drug there was. I experienced deliverance from the Lord and when I have moments of it now I rebuke it in Jesus' name. He is faithful to show up and dismiss this spirit everytime.

A Christian for 7 years, diagnosed with depression, GAD, panic attacks, intense paranoia, and choking phobia 3 years ago but GOD NEVER LEFT ME! 😢 I backslided for 2 yrs but I'm back now --- during those moments I chose to be away from Him again, THERE WAS NEVER A DAY I NEVER FELT HIM EVEN IN SUBTLE WAYS -- HE MADE SURE MY HEART KNEW THAT HE NEVER STOPPED LOVING ME. I came back to God and my church a month ago. Praise God!!!! He is not done yet with my life. I'm excited to return to my original ministries -- as a Worship Leader, Primary Leader, and a Preacher 😢❤

I can relate to this so much bc I was sexually abused as a little girl. I developed this irrational fear over everything. I have OCD and social anxiety and when I came to Christ I always believed that he could do everything except take away my severe anxiety, not because he didn’t have the ability to, but bc it was his plan for me to live this like. This testimony gives me so much hope, but even if I die with this severe anxiety I will still give Him all the glory he deserves.
Very moving story. I was saved back when I was 15. November 18th 1995. I tried to walk in his path but it didn't last long. I've always had anxiety as well since I can remember. Still do to this day. Started drinking and drugging when I was around 16 and am still drinking quite a bit. After starting in AA when I was 18 or so I knew I was an alcoholic but didn't care. I have always loved The Lord though even though I have been angry with him many times. I've also tried suicide at least 10 times. I also have a major pornography issue. I was diagnosed with depression, borderline personality disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, and paranoia in my 20's. Still have these issues and have to take meds for them. I always get the "what if's too". Sometimes, it's what if he/she/they don't like me and other times it's downright terrifying. I always picture being jumped, or shot or followed. It can get real bad. The alcohol takes it away while wasted but after sobering up it comes back with a vengeance. Then I also feel like God is mad at me for drinking or what I may have done while drunk. I pray but I always feel like everyone dislikes me, even God sometimes. Please pray for me. So I can stop the drinking, the porn, the anxiety & fears disappear forever and most of all truly know and remember that God loves me and will always love me no matter what.
Hi, have you gone through the Steps to Freedom in Christ? It's an amazing repentance process and a lot of Christians are in bondage to lies... and we need to daily encounter truth since we are Satan's main target. Remember, it is not about trying to do better so that God will love you but rather God loves you and so you can now selflessly and supernaturally pursue a more intimate and deeper relationship with Jesus by being fully dependent upon Christ to live through you. Also, I recommend reading a book called the Bondage Breaker by Neil Anderson if you haven't read it yet. Also, remember that Christian life is literally impossible if you're trying to do it by yourself but rather pray to God and tell him that it's impossible by yourself and then from that place of humility He can start to supernaturally change your heart as you trust him more and more with each step of faith. There is true freedom in Christ when you are no longer motivated by guilt, shame or fear, but rather by God's love. The good news is that His loving-kindness is right here... you don't earn it but rather believe and recieve!

That's why I've always said that a great psychologist is someone who has studied spiritual counseling and combined it with psychology, has God as their basis, Jesus as their personal savior, and the Holy Spirit as their teacher and counselor. As a young Christian, I studied philosophy and psychology in school, but I always had the knowledge and discernment to compare what I was learning in those areas to what I already understood spiritually. My understanding of God and the spiritual way of life really made a lot of sense, and gave me a lot of insights, on how to implement my psychology. so I will recommend anyone who needs to study psychology to have a strong foundation of faith, wisdom, and knowledge in the God of our lord and savior Yeshuah and the spiritual lifestyle that He has established for us.

Don't be scared! The Lord is with you, just call out to Him anytime you get scared and picture him by your side. He loves you so much and nothing can change that. If you don't know Jesus yet, ask Him to reveal Himself to you and keep seeking Him. He's also very practical and will provide all that you need when you ask Him. Go forth and get excited!! But when it was at its worse I couldn’t leave my home and I thought I was going to be single for the rest of my life. God then led me to pray for my husband to pray for his health and other things. I told God I trust that he will write my love story. Long story short I met my husband on Fb. We then finally dated. I was then afraid to have a wedding. But it happened ❤️ and lately I’ve been falling back into the anxiety darkness again. It’s hard to leave my home again. It’s torment. I’m scared to have children because of it and I feel like I’ve lost so many years of my life due to it. But this testimony has helped so much! Because intrusive thoughts are a big reason for the agoraphobia.

Sexual abuse opens so many demonic doors. I am a survivor of sexual abuse. I struggled with a lot of these things that people have testify on this channel. I really love this channel. Sexual abuse takes you to a dark place. But God sees us an hears us he brings us from darkness into his Holy light. My healing and walk with God is an everyday thing. I am grateful to God I am not where I was years ago. A lot of these testimonies make me cry but this one hit different. I know her pain. I struggled with anxiety really bad anxiety didn't happen until I was in an abusive relationship a few years back. I was battling demonic attacks. I remember those sleepless nights and not being able to eat and feeling paralyzed with fear. I was in such a dark place. I grew up knowing who God was. My mom was a praying mother and told me of God at a young age we use to sing praises together. I lost my mom and blamed God. Felt such an empty void. Looking for love in all the wrong places. I was so naive and vulnerable. The longer I stay holding Gods hands the more I am healed. Like scripture says resist the devil and he will flee. The devil is mad when we seek God. He tries to attack even harder once he knows he is losing his grip on us. I still have anxiety but when I feel it creeping in I know Gods with me I pray, read my Bible and talk to God. The anxiety isn't as bad or intense. I know to keep my eyes on God even through the storms not to let go of his hand, ever. Not even for a day. Scripture also says God won't give us more than we can handle and he will help us. We are more than conquerors in Christ.

You saying Anxiety doesnt last forever truly washed over me bc some days i do feel like it will. Im a baby christian and im working on being patient with myself.

Great testimony, when I accepted Jesus, I also struggled with serve depression, anxiety, panic attacks, sleep paralysis, it’s essentially all demonic, but a bit more complex them just casting out demons. God didn’t create us with these problems and you can be totally free, but it’s hard. Sin essentially gives demons legal rights to torment us, our minds our body’s etc. But the problem is especially today a lot of people arnt aware what these legal rights are and where they come from. Im in the process of creating some sort of website that gives Gods people the tools to overcome and be completely free from every form of Mental illness, and you can be because I was set free.
Amen beautiful testimony. I was struggling with Anxiety/panic attacks for 13 years. Since my relationship with God he has healed me. I had to learn the trickery of the devil he knows your weaknesses. When I learned and study how he works I started beating him with the help of Jesus Christ of course! I came across 2 Corinthians 10:5 King James Version 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ . Scripture helped me 100 percent. Don’t get me wrong I do have my “what if days” but I hurry up and rebuke that devil in the name of Jesus! And I let the thoughts go. Now I’m sleeping so peacefully at night. At first I was scared because I had too much peace in my life again I rebuke that devil! I stared enjoying God peace and his love ❤
Great testimony, Jesus literally has taken me out from a deep dark place where I was for over a year. He was always there reminding me of his presence, and little by little pulling me out. I went from having a 30 second attention span,no sleep, barely eating to now almost no anxiety. I still have a few anxious moments now and then but I know how to get out of it now.
I know exactly what she’s going through.. OCD.. I have it too.. the enemy looooooves attacking me with that button, but perseverance is the key! Keep studying the word even if you get sleepy, or don’t understand, just keep going, keep praying even if you don’t “feel anything” just keep going! In Jesus mighty name!

There is an amazing book I've read called Winning the war in your mind by Craig Groeschel which speaks on anxiety and replacing those thoughts with scripture & now currently reading The power of your words by Don Gossett that speaks on confessing what we posses and many chapters will repeat on being Healed by his stripes. My dear friend had a rare form of aggressive breast cancer that metastasized to the lymph nodes. A year later, she is cancer-free. Praise the Lord Jesus for answered prayer! My prayers are with you!

As someone who works in psychiatry, I loooooooooovvve this. The “psychology world” calls it CBT but in the spiritual realm, it’s really casting down imaginations/ strongholds that come against the knowledge of God. We MUST continue taking EVERY thought captive!
I'm and LSW and I tell people all the time that a lot that we are learning and encouraged to apply that is evidence based in the psychology world is In the Bible, it's biblically based. It is why CBT works! And social emotional learning is basically teaching the fruit of the spirit. It's pretty amazing.
@@sonyaso9586 That’s a fact. I prescribe and do therapy. However, I actually hate prescribing but I know in severe MI cases, particularly inpatient, it works for quick stabilization/ crisis. If I could work full-time in deliverance, through Jesus Christ, that would be my dream. His blood STILL works. I actually saw one of my patients delivered about two weeks ago so Ik this is what God wants.

The devil tries to mentally torment you by making you anxious about tomorrow, using past trauma, making you think things will not work out, making you think you will fail or are a failure because you may have messed up, etc. However, we know this is the opposite of what God says so we have to stop those negative thoughts from the devil in their tracks. When the devils’ FALSE narratives arise, immediately say this for example: No, I will not be anxious or worry bc my Heavenly Father knows what I need and the word says be anxious for nothing (Matthew 6:25-34). If you’re worried about failing, you could say: I can do this because greater is he who is in me (1 John 4:4) and I can do all things through Christ who strengths me (Philippians 4:13). An easy way to trick your mind into speaking the opposite of what the enemy says is to make a chart. On the left side write the negative thought youre thinking and on the right side, write the opposite of what it really is or could be. Practice replacing the negative thought with the positive one until you get really good at taking captive of the negative thought. Then speak only positive about your life because the word says life and death lies in the power of your own tongue (Proverbs 18:21).
I hope I didn’t confuse you. This is very generalized. For something more specific to your situation, I recommend reaching out to a believer of the faith who is gifted in counseling or therapy. If you are unable to seek therapy, you can also get in Word, pray, and fast more & use social media less. I can tell when my clients aren’t doing these things bc their symptoms are exacerbated. When they pray, fast, and meditate on his word, they become stronger/ a fighter/ a warrior in Christ. I hope this helps! God bless!

If one believes faith cannot be forced, YOU WILL GIVE that individual over to the stubborn heart to follow own counsel which will surely fail him or her to the extent that the punishment will last forever found in Psalms 81 NIV. Given this, I pray that YOU WILL MAKE that person see that this feeling is wasted for a world in which we become strangers as we age, gives us thrills instead of peace, aims to solve a problem but creates another, and unrest surges with each passing generation. The more I pray and stay in the Word, the more the anxiety goes away. I had become so despondent about how bad my life was going and how anxious that made me that I stopped praying, stopped reading my Bible, stopped fasting and meditating. I just felt like there was no hope for me, so I gave up. Now, I feel much better, and the anxiety isn’t keeping from living my life anymore ( except driving).

What helped me was spending a couple of hours or more each day reading the Book of Psalms. I struggled 8 months with anxiety and depression. Just stayed in the book of Psalm. 8 months later it just suddenly gotten, and I felt completely normal.

I have NEVER met anyone that would have the thoughts and pictures pop up like I did. The Lord told me to always lean on him and his truth and that to go down the path of “what ifs” is demonic. We live in the present and we live in Gods truths. I’m just in shock bc I have always dealt with with these images and seeing these horrible things and sometimes they are so silly I just laugh but when I was younger this was stuff that would put such fear in me it shaped my life wrongly for a long time. Praise God it doesn’t anymore. God is faithful and he is our key freedom! This blessed me so much.

Look up Mark Dejesus and watch his videos. Also, go through the steps to Freedom in Christ! Most importantly, I went through debilitating fear for 3 straight months and I found that praying with all of your heart telling God what you're feeling helps tremendously, indeed I'd say that's the key! Also, spending time meeting with Jesus by asking him to supernaturally speak directly and personally through His Living Word. It's very likely the demons are oppressing you with lies about God's character or your own security and salvation as a child of God so I recommend reading Romans and Psalms.

God may allow the “Powers To Be” to enforce some type of “Sabbath Law” before He delivers His people from all nations, to see if they will keep His Law or no. Examples: Deut. 16:4. Judges 3:4.
Genesis 1:14 is a command from God. Days are by the lights in heaven. The Sabbath day is a day. God’s Sabbath is calculated by the lights in heaven.
The true Sabbath is not Saturday or Sunday. The new moon day is the first day of the month. God’s months start with the new moon day. The Gregorian calendar do not start its months with the new moon day.
Did Jesus calculate His Father’s Sabbath by the Time His Father ordained in Genesis 1:14 or by a man made time/calendar? Lift Jesus up. Follow Him.

YOU SAW them as they grew from a baby into adulthood due to YOUR HANDS OF MERCY. 🥰 YOU SAW them pursuing a career path for the purpose of obtaining the gains of the world not realizing that it is a loss compared to what YOU DID on the cross. YOU SAW them working long and laboring hard to receive the grace by justification even though YOU stated, "This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent."(John 6:29 KJV) YOU SAW the unwillingness to accept YOUR PLAN OF SALVATION THROUGH YOUR SON JESUS CHRIST. YOU SAW them living with the guilt of committing crimes to the heart. YOU SAW them enduring personal crisis. YOU SAW the weight of the burden on their hearts with each tribulation. YOU SAW them seeking comfort from the above mentioned topography, ONE OF THE MANY MARVELS YOUR PERFECT HANDS HAVE MADE. 👏🏻👏🏾👏🏻👏🏾👏🏻👏🏾 YOU SAW their worries about tomorrow.
If their hearts were a window that they could look through, oh the pains and scars they would see. What a cruel fate the skin gives as a mask to the inward pain. But the skin couldn’t cover THE SUFFERING YOUR ONE AND ONLY SON BORED on the cross as PAYMENT for all our sins because HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS ALONE HAD THE MERIT TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR HOLINESS. Indeed, ONLY HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS IS SUFFICIENT TO SAVE us from this present evil world as evidenced by Mary's song of praise. "And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour." (Luke 1:46-47 KJV) Awesome thanks to YOUR GREAT PARDON for being easy on the heart. 🥰
They have seen a lot of crazy things done in YOUR NAME. For example, the father of lies futile attempts to make crooked the right ways of the LORD to turn people away from faith in the WORKS OF JESUS CHRIST ALONE. How can anyone bear the thought of his or her life story detracting from the GLORY AND HONOR KNOWN TO BELONG TO CHRIST ALONE? As a consequence, YOU ARE A MYSTERY OF GREAT MYSTERY to them. Despite this conviction, YOU ARE MINDFUL of them as evidenced by the fact that YOUR JUDGEMENT is not speedy, allowing them to pursue the desires of the flesh.
They are aware of hypocrisy in religious assemblies that like to be seen and heard. In addition, secular education teaches that there is no right and wrong, if GOD exists there is no way of relating to HIM, and moral standards shift according to the whims of fashion. Therefore, their minds are conditioned to question everything this world has to offer including “THY POWER THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE DISPLAYED.” They have accepted the heavy burden of dealing with the troubles of this life and seek to know another way, YOU THE GREAT COMFORTER TO ALL who did receive YOU as their personal SAVIOR. Still, YOU have shown them NEW MERCY every day with each thought they make and each breath they take.
Unfortunately, like the prodigal son, we are all guilty of wandering far from YOU LORD because the negative experiences of our lives tend to build roadblocks to the TRUTH. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST HELP them to identify the way, truth, and eternal life (that is YOU). Since to know and follow your SPIRIT is more exciting than any 007 movies, and YOU DELIGHT MAKING the ordinary into extraordinary. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST MAKE them understand that there is no way around YOUR TRUTH, and that there is something about YOUR NAME. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST HELP them defeat in their minds what is false in YOUR EYES.
LORD GUIDE their thoughts to know that the path of sin is hard on their hearts for the purpose of crying out to YOU to know the joy, peace of having the heavy burden LIFTED by THE GOD OF PEACE I AM, and ANCHOR their souls in THE HAVEN OF REST. In other words, LORD use the storms in their lives to get a hold of them to trust YOU and believe. In truth, YOU ARE THE JOY that seekest them through pain.
LORD HELP their fainting hearts to believe that YOU, who was slain on the cross over 2000 years ago has the POWER TO CHANGE lives today through the INSTANTANEOUS GREAT FAVOR from GOD to the house of Israel made known in believers by YOU to make YOUR NAME EVERLASTING. 🥰 For as the statue liberates the citizens so the cross liberates the soul. LORD GUIDE their understanding of words to use to come into YOUR PRESENCE with an honest reverence of WHO YOU ARE to experience the beauty that time can't erase YOUR WISDOM resting on their faces. LORD STRENGTHEN their determination to never waiver in efforts to search for YOU because the wages of sin is too high for anyone to pay. If one believes faith cannot be forced, YOU WILL GIVE that individual over to the stubborn heart to follow own counsel which will surely fail him or her to the extent that the punishment will last forever found in Psalms 81 NIV. Given this, I pray that YOU WILL MAKE that person see that this feeling is wasted for a world in which we become strangers as we age, gives us thrills instead of peace, aims to solve a problem but creates another, and unrest surges with each passing generation. Shed some light into their broken hearts for YOU ARE THE GREAT JEHOVAH, THE GOD THAT HEALETH thee.
Lastly, LORD when they call on YOU in earnest prayer to come into their hearts to be born again (repentance manifesting itself in a changed life), I pray that YOU WILL GIVE them the blessed assurance of their salvation because nothing breaks YOUR HEART, or tears YOU apart like when they cry from the trials of the devil who comes to slander, falsely accuse, steal, kill & destroy. Only by drawing nearer to YOU LORD will put them on a path to a glorious one way trip winding upward to YOU where pain is not welcome because the heart will never break anymore. For ONLY YOU UNDERSTANDS our tears since YOU LOOK at the heart, while humans look at the flesh.

Me too. When she mentioned the driving and crashing into the tree, I have that thought intensely when I drive. It causes me to panic while driving and even stay away from driving. Let's use the tools she talks about, God told her that others will be helped and free by her testimony and they'll use the tools he gave her. We will get through it

Jesus has set me free from anxiety I am just like you, I never invited Jesus in because I thought my anxiety was to big for him. My God was bigger! He WILL heal you! It takes time, work, obedience, listening, but the Lord will guide you to freedom! I would never have thought in my entire life, I could say I’m free from the taunting insanity thoughts. But I am. Jesus heals and in his perfect timing, don’t lose hope and trust in him!!❤❤

I will say this I was on Xanax for over 12 years has severe anxiety attacks it took a while but I'm telling you Jesus helped me through it I have been off the anxiety medicine and I have not had but probably one or two anxiety attacks in the last 15 years

Godbless you. I too was on xanax for years until I started to need more and more. Finally the doctor just abruptly stopped them. I thought I was going to go out of my mind. Finally got off them praise the Lord. Now I'm terrified of them. I stay far away of it. Thankyou for sharing.

Fear and anxiety was such a stronghold of the devil on me. I have been a believer since i remember but this fear of rejection from God was so huge i was afraid to pray or get close with God. I knew He loved me but didnt feel it. I had fear of God, the future, making mistakes, just anything really. I am now closer to God, praying and living with Him. Im still batteling fear almost every day, but WITH God. I still dont know why i have so much fear. I dont know where it came from or how it all started but i wont let the devil win!! God is greater.

This is so convicting for me. I suffer from agoraphobia and panic attacks, and I found God after years of being lost. He answers my prayers every day. "Now you're going to write a letter to forgive this person". "Now you are going to pray about this, keep praying until you feel perfect contrition for them and you.". He's helping me chip away at the trauma I mostly never chose and He keeps reminding me I am on His clock, to trust Him. I will heal, I just need to walk with Him. I wake up everyday with hope and faith. I can't wait to go to church, live a full life, have a baby with my husband. Thank you God. Thank you.

This was for me. I recently gave my life to Christ and I’ve been battling infection and mysterious illnesses, but because of ptsd and panic attacks, anxiety and depression, I never felt like I could truly be Christian and trust God. Always feeling like something bad would happen, especially when I’m ill because illness is linked to my ptsd. I was so dependent on people like Cindy. My family and boyfriend, and I saw images of dead people, myself included. My mind would always race and I always would seek a self-fulfilling life online where I could pretend to be happy and I just ended up becoming more and more depressed. I am now learning to now be dependent on the Lord, thank you so much Cindy.

I have a story almost identical to yours. I’m here crying because I’m actually listening to this because of the anxiety and depression I’m suffering with. When you spoke of the dream, I couldn’t help but cry because I’m currently pregnant and waiting for my husband to come back home…I was once a kid like you, swore I would never get married because of the hurt that men inflicted onto me. Jesus chose this life for me, and I’m still trying to understand why I have this anxiety. I’ll continue to pray for an answer. I can’t allow my baby to be affected by my own fears.

This helped me so much. Thank you. I have been plagued for years with what I call 'episodes' or 'attacks' they are mental but also physical. I get a rush/wave that tingles up my body then makes my body numb and hot like burning. I then feel immense panic and have intrusive things. I start to sweat and my heart beats faster. They are truly terrifying and I can get one a day or get them all day one after the other. Would you please pray that I am delivered of them 🙏
Father, in the name of Jesus, I lift up Amanda Joanne to you. She has had attacks upon her mind and body, and I rebuke any attack from the enemy upon her. Yes, Lord, I pray you send your heavenly hosts around her and they may strengthen her as You, Jesus, were strengthened by an angel when you were on earth. I pray Holy Spirit that when she is "low" you speak truth to her in that You will never leave her, nor forsake her. That you will NOT leave her as an orphan as you promised. Lord that was such a beautiful testimony. I'm sitting here in a puddle of tears. I have dealt with postpartum anxiety since giving birth 5 months ago and just know that your testimony.has touched me to my soul. I hope to have that breakthrough testimony soon. God bless your ministry.
I had a horrible mental oppression for a long time due to the labor n delivery pain. I did delivery without medication and i remember i yelled “im going to die” tons of times. I came into agreement with fear. The enemy took advantage of my fragile mind and for three years fear panic anxiety and depression followed me. Until last summer the shadow of death (suicide) pressed for me to end my life. That’s when i became desperate, i have three little kids that depend on me. I found out i need it to renounce to fear and so many other issues. I got a deliverance done plus i had to learn to take back dominion over my mind with scriptures i take every negative thought of fear captive to the cross. I know now how to pray warfare prayers n cast out the devil out my house n atmosphere.
Jesus is healing me, the shadow of suicide went away. It used to come at night for months and torture my stomach. I would shake and tremble with fear i had no energy to pray nor open the Bible. I lost 30 lbs and half my hair, i was fighting for my life. I thought i was condemned and i was hell bound. The torment was horrendous.
But once i learned about my identity in Christ, how deeply loved i am by Heaven, how Jesus washed away my sins from the past, how i learned to take dominion over my
mind with scriptures and FAITH, then i felt i started to recover quickly. I’m so so much better now. Praise to Almighty God my deliverer my strength my love.
It was in my deliverance session where d Holy Spirit showed me the spirit of death entered my body in labor n delivery.
I've always had certain amounts of anxiety my whole life, but a few months ago it got REALLY out of control. I kept fearing the worst that might happen the next day and basically every other day I literally couldn't sleep. I even turned to alcohol to try to "lift me up" and numb the discomfort. Unfortunately, the alcohol started to not help and was actually making things worse for my thought patterns. Things went from bad to worse quickly as I started having darker and darker thoughts. Fortunately God and my family came to help me and am doing so much better. I also am slowly getting back into my faith as I was basically a backslidden Christian for sometime. I will be forever grateful to God and my family for literally saving me at my lowest point. Finally, as of the writing of this comment I'm celebrating 4 1/2 months sobriety!

I’m a born again believer and still struggle with ocd, ptsd, anxiety and depression. Mental health and the Christian walk is so misunderstood and although Christian’s try to help a lot of times with no understanding of the complex dynamic of spiritual mental health they end up doing more damage than good. For anyone with similar struggles I recommend Mark DeJesus - he’s fantastically helpful. God bless all ❤️

Beautifully said. I relate to your testimony so much. Recently I have had a hard time with social anxiety and general anxiety. I’ve accepted the lord in my life but I just didn’t feel as connected as I wanted to be. I ask the lord why me why did I go through the things in my past and why was I so anxious now. Watching this video remind me of watching God how he took this anxiety away from my daughter. She struggled so much with anxiety. Than she fasted and one day God used me her mother to be part of this blessed removal of the strong hold of anxiety from my daughter. Praise Jesus for my daughter is no longer bond by anxiety

If you keep going to The Lord as that's what He wants us all to do, it will get better. We all struggle this is why we are not perfect and need Jesus. Jesus is the one that subsides all the devil's lies and gives us peace. I struggled with OCD. Still do at times. Not as bad because the Lord helps me. But keep going to Him With The Lord ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE He LOVES us all so much. We are truely undeserving but He still Loves us so much. Jesus Bless y'all ❤️

Alexa - !! I had PPPD for nearly three years. I was healed of it by Jesus / God on July 3 but still have its symptoms; He has told the symptoms aren't real but are of the enemy. I love the toolbox analogy. God has actually put a toolbox analogy in my mind to meditate over for many years, but it doesn't refer to the specific tools he gives individuals, but how individuals themselves are tools in Gods hand. It's very easy in church culture for a leaning towards homogenizing the church body into a group of individuals with all one function, but God gives us all unique backgrounds, challenges, and strengths that make us our own tools. It is very much the picture of "The body of Christ" in that we all have specific functions and some of us are even hidden from the public to not know our functions. Some are between just us and the Lord. I'm glad for your testimony, Cindy. Please remember that the amount God works through you is not limited to how well you feel you are doing. You have a powerful message and it's hugely in part of where God has lead you through these dark times. God gives us each a lot we much accept. Many times it is painful, but don't give up on God because of your continued challenges with mental health. I have gone through the wringer myself and I'm reminded often of Job who was cheated out of all his earthly comforts by Satan which was allowed by God. We're all going to experience suffering in this life as a result of sin itself, and out of the battle against it, but thank God that we are still used regardless in our time of weakness! “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong!"

I began to struggle with anxiety in my late 20s and 30s . It would come in bouts of fear, lack of enthusiasm for the normal things most of us enjoy doing. I’m well into my 40s now and I’ve learned that Alcohol contributed to those raw emotions and uncontrollable thoughts. Coffee has also been something I have tried to limit my use of because it seemed to trigger these emotions as well . I know the struggle and the pain that anxiety causes. But Knowing Gods word as All love toward us and NO condemnation whatsoever has been a huge factor because the enemy uses our own faults and weaknesses against us and beats us in our minds when we fail. Reflecting on The Love of Jesus daily plays a huge part in my freedom along with what I put into my body and what I abstain from as well.
You just described what i realized. I cant consume these things for they are amplifiers, triggers.

Girl so relatable. I can’t pinpoint why my anxiety started. I had my first panic attack at 8, and have had them on and off ever since..I had the same thoughts. I was scared I’d hurt other people or myself. I still have those thoughts sometimes and it does make me upset because I have kids and it scares me. I want to be free

I lived and tried to kill myself several times before I was saved due to anxiety. Was put in psych wards and did every psych drug there was. I experienced deliverance from the Lord and when I have moments of it now I rebuke it in Jesus' name. He is faithful to show up and dismiss this spirit everytime.

A Christian for 7 years, diagnosed with depression, GAD, panic attacks, intense paranoia, and choking phobia 3 years ago but GOD NEVER LEFT ME! 😢 I backslided for 2 yrs but I'm back now --- during those moments I chose to be away from Him again, THERE WAS NEVER A DAY I NEVER FELT HIM EVEN IN SUBTLE WAYS -- HE MADE SURE MY HEART KNEW THAT HE NEVER STOPPED LOVING ME. I came back to God and my church a month ago. Praise God!!!! He is not done yet with my life. I'm excited to return to my original ministries -- as a Worship Leader, Primary Leader, and a Preacher 😢❤

I can relate to this so much bc I was sexually abused as a little girl. I developed this irrational fear over everything. I have OCD and social anxiety and when I came to Christ I always believed that he could do everything except take away my severe anxiety, not because he didn’t have the ability to, but bc it was his plan for me to live this like. This testimony gives me so much hope, but even if I die with this severe anxiety I will still give Him all the glory he deserves.
Very moving story. I was saved back when I was 15. November 18th 1995. I tried to walk in his path but it didn't last long. I've always had anxiety as well since I can remember. Still do to this day. Started drinking and drugging when I was around 16 and am still drinking quite a bit. After starting in AA when I was 18 or so I knew I was an alcoholic but didn't care. I have always loved The Lord though even though I have been angry with him many times. I've also tried suicide at least 10 times. I also have a major pornography issue. I was diagnosed with depression, borderline personality disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, and paranoia in my 20's. Still have these issues and have to take meds for them. I always get the "what if's too". Sometimes, it's what if he/she/they don't like me and other times it's downright terrifying. I always picture being jumped, or shot or followed. It can get real bad. The alcohol takes it away while wasted but after sobering up it comes back with a vengeance. Then I also feel like God is mad at me for drinking or what I may have done while drunk. I pray but I always feel like everyone dislikes me, even God sometimes.
Please pray for me. So I can stop the drinking, the porn, the anxiety & fears disappear forever and most of all truly know and remember that God loves me and will always love me no matter what.
Hi, have you gone through the Steps to Freedom in Christ? It's an amazing repentance process and a lot of Christians are in bondage to lies... and we need to daily encounter truth since we are Satan's main target. Remember, it is not about trying to do better so that God will love you but rather God loves you and so you can now selflessly and supernaturally pursue a more intimate and deeper relationship with Jesus by being fully dependent upon Christ to live through you. Also, I recommend reading a book called the Bondage Breaker by Neil Anderson if you haven't read it yet. Also, remember that Christian life is literally impossible if you're trying to do it by yourself but rather pray to God and tell him that it's impossible by yourself and then from that place of humility He can start to supernaturally change your heart as you trust him more and more with each step of faith. There is true freedom in Christ when you are no longer motivated by guilt, shame or fear, but rather by God's love. The good news is that His loving-kindness is right here... you don't earn it but rather believe and recieve!
My brother Christ is your strength. Rely on God and he will give you the strength you need. I’m praying for you. As you see God has healed many of his people. You are no different than them. We all will receive healing and freedom in Jesus name.

Write down everything you are dealing with. Everything you wrote in your comment, command those evil spirits to come out in the name of Jesus. Pray often and study the Bible. Listen to worship music. You will have victory in Jesus' name!

That's why I've always said that a great psychologist is someone who has studied spiritual counseling and combined it with psychology, has God as their basis, Jesus as their personal savior, and the Holy Spirit as their teacher and counselor.
As a young Christian, I studied philosophy and psychology in school, but I always had the knowledge and discernment to compare what I was learning in those areas to what I already understood spiritually. My understanding of God and the spiritual way of life really made a lot of sense, and gave me a lot of insights, on how to implement my psychology. so I will recommend anyone who needs to study psychology to have a strong foundation of faith, wisdom, and knowledge in the God of our lord and savior Yeshuah and the spiritual lifestyle that He has established for us.
I struggle with anxiety. I have to do an internship abroad next month for 5 months and I'm so scared :(.. Im anxious for everything and afraid of failing everything in life..
Don't be scared! The Lord is with you, just call out to Him anytime you get scared and picture him by your side. He loves you so much and nothing can change that. If you don't know Jesus yet, ask Him to reveal Himself to you and keep seeking Him. He's also very practical and will provide all that you need when you ask Him. Go forth and get excited!! I pray you'll have an amazing time abroad.

This is beautiful.
I struggle with agoraphobia and it’s very hard to live a normal life.
But when it was at its worse I couldn’t leave my home and I thought I was going to be single for the rest of my life.
God then led me to pray for my husband to pray for his health and other things. I told God I trust that he will write my love story. Long story short I met my husband on Fb. We then finally dated. I was then afraid to have a wedding. But it happened ❤️ and lately I’ve been falling back into the anxiety darkness again. It’s hard to leave my home again. It’s torment. I’m scared to have children because of it and I feel like I’ve lost so many years of my life due to it.
But this testimony has helped so much! Because intrusive thoughts are a big reason for the agoraphobia.

Amen, God led her to testify so that she could help people. This testimony was meant for me to hear, I've been struggling with anxiety and I couldn't go out for weeks and I've cried about it time and time before, not to mention I've gotten sick and I struggled to eat as well but thank God I have gotten over it and anxiety barely plagues my mind now. Sexual abuse opens so many demonic doors. I am a survivor of sexual abuse. I struggled with a lot of these things that people have testify on this channel. I really love this channel. Sexual abuse takes you to a dark place. But God sees us an hears us he brings us from darkness into his Holy light. My healing and walk with God is an everyday thing. I am grateful to God I am not where I was years ago. A lot of these testimonies make me cry but this one hit different. I know her pain. I struggled with anxiety really bad anxiety didn't happen until I was in an abusive relationship a few years back. I was battling demonic attacks. I remember those sleepless nights and not being able to eat and feeling paralyzed with fear. I was in such a dark place. I grew up knowing who God was. My mom was a praying mother and told me of God at a young age we use to sing praises together. I lost my mom and blamed God. Felt such an empty void. Looking for love in all the wrong places. I was so naive and vulnerable. The longer I stay holding Gods hands the more I am healed. Like scripture says resist the devil and he will flee. The devil is mad when we seek God. He tries to attack even harder once he knows he is losing his grip on us. I still have anxiety but when I feel it creeping in I know Gods with me I pray, read my Bible and talk to God. The anxiety isn't as bad or intense. I know to keep my eyes on God even through the storms not to let go of his hand, ever. Not even for a day. Scripture also says God won't give us more than we can handle and he will help us. We are more than conquerors in Christ.

You saying Anxiety doesnt last forever truly washed over me bc some days i do feel like it will. Im a baby christian and im working on being patient with myself.

I struggle with anxiety but i always tried to supress the fact it was there and today i finally was real with God in my prayers just telling him to free me so that i can also be a testimony to others and remove the fear of man in me he is powerful and able to set me free thank you for sharing your testimony because i have been telling God to free me from anxiety and i know he will i believe in my creator my Father God bless you and continue to give you the grace to share your testimony ❤️

Great testimony, when I accepted Jesus, I also struggled with serve depression, anxiety, panic attacks, sleep paralysis, it’s essentially all demonic, but a bit more complex them just casting out demons. God didn’t create us with these problems and you can be totally free, but it’s hard. Sin essentially gives demons legal rights to torment us, our minds our body’s etc. But the problem is especially today a lot of people arnt aware what these legal rights are and where they come from. Im in the process of creating some sort of website that gives Gods people the tools to overcome and be completely free from every form of Mental illness, and you can be because I was set free.

Amen beautiful testimony. I was struggling with Anxiety/panic attacks for 13 years. Since my relationship with God he has healed me. I had to learn the trickery of the devil he knows your weaknesses. When I learned and study how he works I started beating him with the help of Jesus Christ of course! I came across 2 Corinthians 10:5

5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ . Scripture helped me 100 percent. Don’t get me wrong I do have my “what if days” but I hurry up and rebuke that devil in the name of Jesus! And I let the thoughts go. Now I’m sleeping so peacefully at night. At first I was scared because I had too much peace in my life again I rebuke that devil! I stared enjoying God peace and his love ❤

Great testimony, Jesus literally has taken me out from a deep dark place where I was for over a year. He was always there reminding me of his presence, and little by little pulling me out. I went from having a 30 second attention span,no sleep, barely eating to now almost no anxiety. I still have a few anxious moments now and then but I know how to get out of it now.
I know exactly what she’s going through.. OCD.. I have it too.. the enemy looooooves attacking me with that button, but perseverance is the key! Keep studying the word even if you get sleepy, or don’t understand, just keep going, keep praying even if you don’t “feel anything” just keep going! In Jesus mighty name!

I've struggled with shame, and I always see myself as the woman in Mark chapter 5, trying to push through the crowd to get to Jesus. I had horrible spiritual stuff happen as a kid, and have spent a lifetime trying to get past it. I'm going to look into the resources you provided. Thank you for sharing knowing even when I’m going through a hard time that God is with me helps me fight anxiety. Knowing that if I lost my job tomorrow that God is with me, knowing no matter what I go through that God with me gives me peace and causes anxiety to leave.
