C.P. wasn't SUPPOSED to be staying at home because of trouble with CPS. He was under investigation and mad at Sebastian for making trouble thus later saying "he thought he was going to put me out of my house."

I truly believe if Sebastian went missing that Katie would’ve called Seth. It would’ve been an automatic response to see if he went there or if he at least had heard from him. He’s a teenage boy. That to me screams foul play. And the panic from the start of him missing is because she knows what happened IMO

I missed most of this live, and just now got caught up. This was great! I hate that I missed the live version. It incorporates a lot of the theory I've had from the jump. To clarify some things for you: First -- The retention pond and Laurel Park neighborhood can be accessed from the Presbyterian Church too. There is a big cemetery in the rear of the church with a dirt/gravel road that will take you almost the full distance back to the pond. Then you can just walk about 50 - 100 yards left into Laurel Park & over to the pond. The church/cemetery area would've been a great place for someone to wait while another person met up with them and/or "washed up" at the retention pond. There is also a small pond in the cemetery which has not been drained. Second -- At the time of his disappearance, there were SEVERAL retention ponds in the Laurel Park neighborhood. I'd say there were at least 3 in the front section, plus the one in the middle of the neighborhood where the dogs tracked to. Then there was the one over in the cemetery area. Third -- The road into Laurel Park from the end of Kellyn Lane is now fully graded and will probably be paved soon. At the time though, they were still grading the land and had NO ROADS in the back half of Laurel Park. It was extremely rough terrain. Now, everything that has been graded has been pushed into a MASSIVE brush pile. It is full of trees, stumps, & organic debris. It is normal practice among builders to burn those piles. My worry for months has been that they have not adequately searched that brush pile. Once it is burned, if anything of significance is in it, then it would be lost forever. Third -- There is a portion of someone driving and talking about the route Katie may have taken home. There are a few other ways to get home that could've avoided a LOT of cameras and put them out very close to their home. If something happened before they ever got home from Texas Roadhouse, then it is my opinion that she could've taken grapevine to wessington then to township, & then to forest retreat. That will take you to Center Point -- which comes out on Long Hollow, right near Honeysuckle Lane.
Katie didn't worry when she heard a thud, no way she's going to worry within 3 minutes. No way checking a big house like that within 3 minutes.

Same thing I was thinking & the closets? & around the house there is NO WAY! She is Lying.
Also let’s not forget that she was fully dressed when she was talking to neighbors and before LE showed up

After too many missing children, I support a Sebastian’s Law for activating search warrants, cell phone trackers, car trackers & listening devices on parent’s cell phones without waiting to be approved. FL LE used them in the Soto case. If parents object to these, there’s a reason why.
I absolutely 💯 agree!!!! I personally think that even if TN had that law they wouldn't use it on the Proudfoot's. To me it looks like the Proudfoot's are being protected even though Katie was the last to see Sebastian 🤬 There's something VERY off/weird with this case.
But I would absolutely support this law also 💯

CP mom & Katie could have possibly switched vehicles. Because it was told that CP Mom was parked in front of Sebastian school @ 5:45 in the morning and that’s the route Katie took was straight to the School, And she knew he wasn’t there!

@@SandiSST They have the protect the integrity of the investigation, they have no obligation to tell us anything....this is much like the West case in Cali, it took 14 months for them to make arrests and tell us the West were suspects all along in the disappearance of their adopted sons. Imo they are quietly building a case, we shouldn't assume unless we know for sure they didn't do anything. They want to keep the Proudfoots cooperating and talking.
Typically if LE is quiet, that's a good sign. But if LE is asking the public for help, it's a sign they have very little to go on.
Having said that, with regards to Summer's case, I'm side-eyeing TN and have lost trust with the state, unfortunately.

I've been sitting here comparing what KP allegedly said to the neighbor early that morning with what became their timeline a week or so later. Why would it benefit them to change the time of the infamous thud from 11:30 to 10 p.m. I genuinely think the 11:30 story sounds more authentic, not only because it was said before there was time to forge a story, but also because it fits with what has been said several times about Sebastian having a difficult time settling down and getting to sleep early. I wish I knew more about children on the spectrum, but I remember being really surprised when KP said she told her 15 year-old to go to bed at 9 p.m. Is that typical? It seemed ridiculously early to me, but I was a night owl even in childhood. Somebody with experience, please fill me in on this. Maybe it helps to try and have a more rigid routine? Still, I go back to the thud. How does it help them to push it forward?

I just screenshot a neighbor who said she took video of the actual trash truck that looks nothing like the flashlight video. The neighbors are obviously overwhelmed by this.
I’ve heard that account too, from a day or two before he went missing. So was the code changed on the front door and he was locked out? Apparently he went around to the side door at garage to get back in.

After seeing Riley Strain’s mom, Katie is definitely cold and not grieving Sebastian. I pray that TN LE knows more than they’re telling us and they’re waiting for a tip, confession or the discovery of Sebastian dead or alive.
I personally think they are protecting the Proudfoot's. There was another case of a child disappearing that I read about and those parents are sitting in jail.

2:18:40 hey just to let you know the temperature wasn’t that low on those two days in Hendersonville Sunday high was 57 low of 24 and Monday high was 69 low 37, in Tn this is pretty normal the weather is allll over the place here.
What makes u think they didmt bury him in cementary or around the chruch.seeing cp told seth to go to chruch to get close to god n he might find his son. That sounds like a clue to me.
If they did a 3 way call...KP would have heard the Sheriff say he was on his way. In my honest opinion, that give KP more time to get home and not trace her whereabouts.
My biggest question has always been, why did he immediately need to go back to Memphis or Ms to get the camper? At they point, why would he assume it was going to be a longterm, ongoing search??🤔

Panic set in so quick because she realized chris actually carried out what he'd probably been threatening for months! That's why she immediately called Chris. Seth said she sleeps like a rock, Chris kept her on the phone until midnight and bowersox snuck Sebastian out, and bye bye Sebastian. No way would Katie tell anyone her suspicion she knows what happened but probably relieved he's gone. No way would they include Katie on what they did

That crazy video that came out in the beginning, where 3 people were doing something, could have been them loading Sebastian into a vehicle. Maybe it was nothing but it looked like three people struggling.
I go with the idea that Chris might have been home as early as Friday. Definitely so much investigating that was never done. Are TN LE waiting for a confession or are they protecting Chris & Katie?

Chris told a Lie about the door! But of course cameras from the neighbor caught them on camera. I wonder why they didn’t have cameras? But 3 weeks later after Sebastian went missing the neighbor stated they were having some installed? But I think they had some before then and maybe uninstalled them.
Exactly Justin she has to pass the kitchen in order to get to Sebastian room. So she would’ve known he wasn’t in the kitchen.
Justin yes technically if Chris was the one that called he would have to call non emergency line if you do 911 in Memphis it goes to Memphis not to Sumner county. But Katie could've called it right away
I don't understand a LOT of things involving this case. CPS, the Proudfoot's and so many others have failed Sebastian on so many levels 😔
I guess I was very lucky. My ex husband loved my oldest son as his own. When my son hurt my ex husband hurt. My ex was and still is very protective of my son even if my son is a adult. Even though we are not together we all have a good relationship.

I think they didnt call the 911 line cuz everyone knows those lines are recorded.....records are kept....it would also take longer to comnect to local police and get to their home ..and whywere they so strict about his being on the laptop....?.i undertand at home alone but just for a few mins ....that rubs me wrong....

Regarding the sea bag, I have 3 kids in the military. One of just one that who put her time in and when she was done had to return all the items that were giving to her. So I wouldn’t think they would still have that IMO but idk since they are no longer active duty. Not that they couldn’t buy one but there would be record of that.

Sebastian did sleep in the Garage. Chris stated to Katie he was tired of smelling Piss in the house. And I think the night of his disappearance he slept in the Garage not his Bedroom.

No it's not a private or civil case it's a public case an amber alert situation. Dr. Phil said this year focusing on missing kids. Anyone can contact him them staff and give details about the case. He has his own private investigators and can investigate alibis employees co workers CPS documents court documents everything.

I remember my sister's dog got out n ran away ....I found her up n outside at 3 a.m. searching with a flashlight for her dog ....she was feeling so devastated she could not sleep or even sit still.......I rest my case....I've never blamed summers parents but I "feel" it with Sebastian's ...I have a feeling stepdad was home more than he claims because it's possible he left his phone at work but that is just a guess that's possibly wrong.....the "thud" she heard bothers me like she's describing something ...and setting it up in case she's caught.....Sebastian had a blood vessel or something on his head that apparently if it were struck could cause harm ....I always feel that someone struck him accidentally or intentionally right on that blood vessel.....that was probably the thud....ppl tend to add some truth to a lie to keep the story straight...
The dogs are given Sebastian's scent to track. So whatever scent they would get, would be Sebastian's.
Did I read somewhere that a ball cap was found at the retention pond? That it had a shamrock on it like Chris' hat in this photo?

Hipaa is not only for healthcare workers. The shoe thing is possible. My friend's son is 5"6 and he wears a 12 in men. 😂 lol I got some feet on me too. Its a lot of big feets out here. Seth said in an interview that Sebastian's shoe size was pretty big too and Seb isnt that tall for the size shoe he wears.
Could the scent that the dogs tracked back to the pond be not from Sebastian running to the pond, but from items of his like clothes, shoes, etc, being driven in a vehicle from his house to the pond/dumpster/construction site? And how long can the scent linger for dogs to still track it? On Friday or Saturday night, if someone drove his shoes to the construction site dumpster and threw them in it, for example, could dogs still track his scent on his shoes in the dumpster on Monday morning? LE did have probable cause to search the KY landfill based on that construction site dumpster allegedly. I think it makes us all crazy that Sebastian wasn't seen on video, & particularly to match the scent trail back to the construction site, but if his items made the scent instead of Sebastian in person, could the dogs have tracked that? Last thing, if a sleeping Sebastian with no shoes on was carried out the back of the house (Sunroom), to the car that backed up Kellen and left (flashlight video), could the wind have blown his scent down Kellen to the construction site after 3 - 6 or so hours later?
Here are some interesting things I found:
"The majority of successful scent trails where these dogs actually found the lost person or criminal were basically hours or a few days old."
"Rain will not destroy scent, but a heavy downpour on pavement can disperse it, making it difficult to follow a trail."
"Rain can wash the scent down lower to the ground, forcing a dog's head lower and lower to get the scent. A light rain, however, can freshen an old track."
"Dogs are so well-attuned to smell that they track specific scents through different materials, including water. This makes dogs extremely useful in an investigative context, particularly when searching for missing people."

Why didn't they track and ping Chris phone from 9- 6 am to see exactly where he went, where he stopped there will be answers right there
They have done & haven't done quite a few things I don't understand.
