Hi. Houka's 2nd support slot is the human dmg stack item (20% human dmg for 40 seconds) right? Can I ask if it stacks with the 5 star support item emila shirou (20 arts for the whole team and 60% human dmg)? I'm thinking of trading 15 sums for this item when it comes out globally?
