A day in the life with 10 Golden retriever puppies (puppy culture)

- This is a topical day in the life for 10 almost 8 week old golden retriever puppies.
I raise my puppies using my own twist of the puppy culture methods.
Puppies start their day with a potty break followed by breakfast in the form of a manding/learn your name lesson. I like to wear different masks and hats to help desensitize puppies to what they may encounter in their new homes.
After breakfast puppies take a nap while I clean up their night area. After setting up their object of the day puppies have a good long play session. This session usually involves their object of the day, exposure to the sweeper, a different environment and often other playmates.
Tired from their play session puppies go in individual kennels for a nap.
On this particular day I used puppy quiet time to prepare my puppy go home bags and finish up some paperwork.
When puppies Wake from their nap they go outside for a potty break and then it's lunch time.
I usually use lunch as a training lesson, today's lesson was resource guarding prevention game.
After lunch puppies loaded up for a car ride. I do three car rides a week starting when puppies are two weeks old. This makes their car ride to their new home much less stressful for both the puppy and the new owner.
After their car ride puppies listen to their sound desensitizing CD. I like to play lots of different sounds including traffic, thunderstorms, fireworks and what's more. This hopes to sensitize puppies too noises that may be scary later on.
Throughout the day there are lots of 💩 clean up, laundry loads and puppy snuggles.

Watching the slow motion of them running into that snow and the sleeping in the car literally almost cured years of severe anxiety in just a few seconds. What an adorable group of puppers ❤️

I absolutely love the quality of care and attention you give these pups. Their living quarters are fun and stimulating, and so clean. The human attention is varied and loving. I have watched other breeders on YT and have seen litters just left in a tatty bare pen all day with little interaction. My heart has cried for those poor pups. Those breeders should take lessons from you in how to do it right! People should not breed puppies unless they are prepared to put in the kind of work you do. The future owners of these puppies are getting a quality-raised pet.

I have been lucky enough to have two goldens in my lifetime. I think about them every day and they have been gone for many years. They were wonderful and I miss them. Thank you for sharing your puppies.

Thanks for sharing. It is pleasant to see pack of puppies a day in life. Everytime I watch puppies: Golden or Lab. My heart is overflowed with peace, and it helps distress myself from hectic times.
I can't explain why puppies bring so much joy and love to me by just watching them in UA-cam.
I can hardly imagine what it may be if I actually keep one at home.

@@pummyy Money indeed helps. However, I seriously doubt that most wealthy breeders go to the lengths this lady does to train the pups, lavishing praise & affection. It is a lot of work, but work she truly loves.

I have a Sister and Brother from different litters, 9 months apart. They have the same Mom and Dad. The oldest will be 4 in March. They are the English Cream like these Pups. They are a great pair. We have snow in the yard and they are loving it. They are great Dogs. They look just like My Dogs when they were Pups and adults. It's never a dull moment with two young Goldens.
We have 3 Golden’s. Over the years we’ve had many,,,and I’ve learned that dog (pet) owners will get the most, and enjoy your dog to the point they become your best friend…but only if you put the time and attention into training them and loving them.
You do an amazing job and work your tail off! You can tell how deeply you care about them❤️❤️❤️❤️

Enjoyed your video very much, my goldens crossed the bridge 2 and 3 years ago at the age of 15 and 13. I miss them every day. Whenever I see a golden it brings back wonderful memories. I scattered their ashes around our lake home, where they loved to swim!
WOW these puppies are so adorable. YOU are truly amazing and definitely dedicated to what you do, sure is a lot of work, but I can tell you truly love your puppies.
When you are a ethical breeder and set your puppies up for success, breeding dogs becomes a full time job. It’s not easy! Clean dogs, clean kennels, clean play areas, good paperwork , proper socialization , proper vaccinations and vet care. That’s why pure breed dogs from a quality kennel cost as they do. But the results are sooooooo worth it. Well done

My basic reaction is, wow. Just wow all over the place, for these beautiful animals, and not least for Em's total organizational skill. Amazing. (BTW there are lots and lots of beautiful dogs waiting, hopefully, at adoption centers!)

This lady is good with the puppies. She has a lot of patience with puppies but they do seem content and calm breed. They are so very sweet.😊😊

I had a Golden Lab…seriously the sweetest most precious doggy. Her name was Patter & a few years ago @ the age of ten walked the Rainbow Bridge after the horrid cancer took over. I long to be reunited with her.
I two lost my golden child of 10 to cancer as well a few months ago. It was the saddest day of my life. Watching videos like this helps ease the pain. She shows the love that every dog should get.
