Things to remember regarding Constitutional Amendment Bill;1.It can be introduced in either house of Parliament,without prior permission of President .2.It can be introduced by Minister or Private member.3.President can not exercise his veto powers ,means he can not return or hold the bill ,must have to give his assent and the last one there is no provision of joint sitting in this bill and yeah one more thing It can not introduce in State Legislature...😊👍 hopefully u guys would find it useful ....And sir u mean a lot to us ..batch join nhi kiya h but exam clear kiya h and abhi abhi aur bhot kuch hoga and ho ra h vo song h na pata nhi kis roop m aake Narayan mil jayga 😀 so u are Our Narayan... lots of luv not your batch member but feel very much connected ...doing everything as u say to become a best version of myself ...Aap bolte ho ki thanks nhi bole but can't resist you are 🙏🙏...God bless uh ....

@@himanshukumarsingh423 because if you study the clauses of article 19 you will find that freedom of speech also has limitations it was case of defamation to a particular community and you cannot use freedom of speech for defamation or speaking against national security etc.
although i think it was a bit uneccessary to punish beacuse that was not his intention

Hello sir , i think separation of powers is between 3 wings of govt. i.e legislative, executive & judiciary ( this is to keep a checks and balances of each other ) therefore our constitution does not hold for complete seperation of power there is a work of checks and balance to resist the despotic nature.
And sir also private members can also introduce CAA bills it's just a committee will be formed to check whether it should be brought in the parliament or not.
And also sir , thank you for this session my whole polity revision is over and so many new things to learn from this video.
power to legislate on all matters is with state legislature..... sir last few days....mugging up what you say... kindly avoid mistakes...i admit you have a hectic schedule... i admire your determination....

@21:07 as per the official answer key, the answer is B(1 and 2). In fact 1 and 3 are contradictory statements . Something which is constituent power of parliament should also be in the amending power of parliament parliament.
Change in basic structure is neither amending power nor constituent power of parliament.
Change can only be made through a constituent assembly created by people.
