Nah there won't be a season 3. At best all we can hope for is a remake anime from the now completed manga but even that might not be possible since ajin isn't making enough money or popularity.
I feel like kei and kai could possibly happen. I haven’t been active with the manga/fandom so I could be wrong, but I feel like they could have a possible relationship. They both care for each other obviously very very much, and with what I’ve seen, kei hasn’t felt any attraction towards any female characters besides kai. But, even in the end if kei and kai stay platonic, Id be ok with it!
Completely agree. Plus it's not even in that weird fetishy "trying to get the fujoshis to watch it" kind of way, it wouldn't be forced and they have an actual nice relationship
I think that the fact that Nagai and Kaito are close to each other are due to these reasons : 1. They're friends since the very beginning 2. Nagai doesn't show much interest towards any female character, and that's because (important) female characters are kind of rare in the series (wether manga or anime). Let's say that the two most important female characters are Izumi and Eriko. One being one of his "teammates", and the other being his sister, that's kind of hard for him to be attached to any other girl/woman.
