@virajpatel1828 yes, you can use the Copy Hosted Features Services and Copy Web Map tool included with these tools. This should work for migrating AGOL hosted feature services and web maps to ArcGIS Enterprise.

Can I just transfer feature layers?

@jdcayetano you can transfer hosted feature services, but you cannot transfer referenced feature services

@@samuelwesley2766 you can use the Copy Hosted Feature Services tool in the toolbox. This tool will work transferring AGOL hosted feature services to Portal.
