For the 4th room 4th digit, you have to use the 6 screens in the last room to help you.
The messages shown on the screens are
SOS
CRASH WARNING
DEAD END
ERROR
BRAKES DISABLED
DANGER
if you order these based from the number of lines on the clue, you will get
S(O)S
ERROR
BRAKES DISABL(E)D
DEAD END
DA(N)GER
CRASH WARNING
and if you look at the numbers on the clue and trace them to the words you just ordered, you'll get the letters
O-N-E which is the last digit.

there r 2 locations that i found it in
1. the spot i showed u
2. behind the chairs of row C in the first room

I found the fuse under the one of the tables in room 2

I got a hint and it says, the fused could have rolled anywhere. It could be under or behind ANYTHING. Smth like that
(I found the fuse next to the vending machine)
