The high lift Hiace is obtainable from Terminal scratch at Sheet 10, it will be full tune 840HP when you get it. So you can consider that, just that it will take a while to get. However, it is “free”. I prefer the normal Hiace, but there’s no difference in performance. Do remember to pick what you like best, it’ll be a Hiace you will be using :)

When selecting a car, under Toyota MR2, using the gear shifter, input 3-2-2-3-2-2-3-2-2, returning to neutral after every input (do this when the different Toyotas are displayed on screen). If you input the command incorrectly, you can press the break pedal to return to the selection screen and try again.
