perhaps recommend to your supplier to move the strap anchors to the mid or 3/4 point of the shoulder pad. bringing it up higher should make it easier for someone to adjust by themselves.
Would this work for a 60lb 8 year old learning to pitch? He is 4’ 6’’ tall.
It would be bulky. I wouldnt recommend it until he gets closer to 80lbs
Thank you for the quick response. Also looking at your youth stride excelerator. Do you sell the youth version with the training program as a package and would you recommend for my son? More info: he has been pitching for 3 seasons with some training but it has been limited to a few classes and UA-cam videos.

How would this work for someone who throws more over the top? This seems to be ideal for someone who throws 3/4 or lower.
It would work perfect. Arm Slot is driven by the trunk so to throw more over the top the trunk needs to move more contralateral.
@@brentpourciau awesome! I know my arm drag was a big reason for my repair of my ucl. This would help a lot for thinking more trunk use vs arm use.
