Oh my goodness! I have the same thing! Been coughing for a year! I just got on an inhaler and started a nasal spray in the morning. So so frustrating- because I’m not better yet. Soon though. Also, wearing cute clothes and getting sun helps. ❤️ Hope you feel better soon.

I am not a doctor, but I would recommend NAC
(N-acetyl cysteine) supplement. It is antioxidant that help reduce inflammation in the lungs thus reducing mucus. Many different brands have it. Do your research. It works brilliantly! I want to make sure your healthy because I love your content!!! ❤
Adding another floor can be a serious problem to the building’s fixed weight. Adding extra weight may lead to serious issues. The building wasn’t designed for that additional weight. Also, you may not get a planning permission. Older buildings may have asbestos, this must be checked. If existed, leave that flat. Also never get top or bottom flats. Top flats are well known for roof leakage and bottom floors are known for sewage problems.
