    Thanks for the video of this wonderful garden. It's very beautiful here, of course. I'd like to point out the "Long Walk" as the most impressive for me. There are two questions. First, who is one of the gardens named after? Who is this Mrs. Winthrop? Second, what's pink about the "Rose Walk"? I definitely didn't notice any roses there.

      There is a long story behind this garden. Too much to tell here. Go to Wikipedia or other sources in the internet. Some of the areas and "rooms" have names from the beginning of the garden. Some have changed over the years. Roses also depend on the time of year. Not all bloom all the time. Thank you for your interest.
