- In this video I custom paint Cell Final Form from the Dragon Ball Z Cell Saga in a super anime style.
Just like with Goku and Gohan, this piece was greatly inspired by Dragon Ball FighterZ. Absolutely love that game (even though I'm not that good)
This is part 2 of a 3 part build series. Part 3 is a ways out seeing that I am waiting on materials to arrive so I can finish my Kamehameha diorama which is gonna be sweet so be sure to subscribe so you don't miss out!

This has to be one of my all time favorite models I've ever painted. What do you guys think? Should I paint more DBZ figures in this style? What other characters would you like to see?
Videl
Your brush control is amazing!
Thanks! Had lots of practice!
Amazing my friend
❤❤❤❤Nice
Primero que todo quería felicitarte por tan excelente trabajo, genial... Que tipo de pintura utiliza?
Gracias amigo! Uso pintura acrilico. Specificamente Vallejo y P3 (Privateer Press)
I dont paint figures like this but it's nice to watch. Great job on the face. If you're looking for suggestions, what other figures do you have?
Fat Buu, Kid Buu, more Gokus (Kamehameha versions), Bardock, Beerus bust, mini Ginyu force, Broly, etc.
Great job. Where can I buy that figure without painting?
amazing
Thanks!
La figurine elle déchire !! Mais ça fait qu'elle fois où les yeux c'est pas ça... L'autre avec Gohan c'est pas terribles non plus prend plus fin en terme de pinceau ou si non colle du papier pour les contours 👌
You should work for banpresto
perfect
What kind color you use
I used a combination of P3 and Vallejo paints for this one
what brand of paint did you use, the coverage is amazing.
I used a combo of Vallejo and P3 paints I believe. Both great paint lines.
Superbe...
His face looks weird after repaint
Does it? 😂
I don't know if you invented this style of minipainting, but you definitely mastered it. Incredibly bright and lively. I'm trying to do the Rising Sun fire dragon and I can never seem to get the colors as bright as yours are.
Thanks man! The brightness has a lot to do with contrast and with what colors you use in the highlights. The eye does does funny things with color. A color that doesn't seem all that bright on its own can look super bright next to another color. I've also found that the fine highlights make a huge difference and can take a piece from ok to really bright and 'poppy'
This looks so sick. I wish I could do it!
uwu
How long did this take you from start to finish?
It was around 50 hours or so.
Aerógrafo 0.5?
.4 😊 pero qualquier talla te servirá bien
What top coat your used for it ?
Testors dull cote through the airbrush
What kinda of paint are you using
This was done with a collection of P3 and Vallejo acrylic paints
@@BandaInku thanks

Genial 👍👌
Amazing job! Looks like something you'd buy for $200, that's how good of quality it looks.
Appreciate the complement!
Amazing you should post more like this content or perhaps make diorama with this style
These two are actually part of a diorama 😁 I'm getting close to finishing it then will post a video of it as well!
@@BandaInku i cant wait to see it :)
is it a stl file if so where can I buy it?
No it's not 3D printed. It's a repainted static figure
How much time to paint it?
About 50 hours
This is amazing 🤩
Thank you! This was a fun piece to work on. More content like this in the works!
were can I purchase that air brush or something like that, my boy is starting to paint his own figures and I don't know where to start looking. thanks
That depends. Where are you located?
If you have access to Amazon I can send you links to some good options on there. If you don't, there are a couple other places online that I know of that are great for ordering stuff like this. :)
@@BandaInku in Texas. and yes I can purchase in Amazon
Awesome! I'll post some links here in a bit for ya!
So a great beginner airbrush is the Iwata Eclipse. It's beginner friendly but also used by experienced airbrushers as well. I know many a painter that loves this airbrush - amzn.to/3li80dG
The airbrush I have is a bit more expensive but I absolutely love it. It's the Cult of Paint Infinity - elementgames.co.uk/paints-hobby-and-scenery/airbrushes-accessories/cult-of-paint/cult-of-paint-infinity
They also have a simpler model that's a bit cheaper called the Evolution which the main difference is it doesn't have the rear adjuster/trigger stop (used for helping with trigger control so you don't pull the trigger too far back when doing fine detail work - honestly I rarely use mine. I worked hard in the beginning to learn fine brush control so I rarely need to use it) - elementgames.co.uk/paints-hobby-and-scenery/airbrushes-accessories/cult-of-paint/cult-of-paint-evolution
Along with that, at a minimum you'll need to get a cleaning kit and a compressor, and if you don't want paint everywhere you'll want to either purchase a spray booth, or make a DIY one (there's plenty of YT videos on how to make your own on the cheap)
My 'Airbrush Noob' video goes over these things as well as how to use and maintain the airbrush/keep it clean so it lasts for many years. There's also links in the description of that video to the compressor I use and other painting stuff I've found useful.
Hope that helps! Feel free to ask any other questions you may have about all this stuff or other painting things. I know it can feel quite overwhelming to try to figure it all out when starting out.
Also just an FYI - the Amazon link here and any Amazon links in the video descriptions are affiliate links so if you use any of them to go to Amazon and then end up purchasing the linked item and/or other items on Amazon I get a little kick back from Amazon at no additional charge to you :D
