Lol most of the food items he observed are healthy it’s just bad for keto because carbs but carbs are not bad they literally give us energy. Because obesity is a "cash cow" for the entire system....food companies, medical industry, big pharma, dentists, etc. Plus we are easier to control when we are all fat and out of shape. This has all been done by design. This is why the "food pyramid" is the exact opposite of what it is supposed to be. They know what they are doing.

One time I was grocery shopping and didn't know that one of our local t.v. stations was there filming with their weather guy, programming people's weather radios. I've always been curious about seeing the anchors in person, as opposed to the t.v., so I hung back in the aisles, close to where they were filming, and when it came to a break, I walked up and talked to the weather guy, who was one of my favorites. He was very nice and friendly, but I'd never consent to be on camera talking to him! I wonder if Thomas ever gets people who listen and ask questions in the store?

At the risk of seeming ungrateful - which I’m so not - I have one critique for “shopping trips.” We’re parents of 5, and I get all kinds of long trips doing just what you did. I was excited in the hopes that you’d already scouted your location for the video prior to the trip, this was almost killing me...tons of picking things up only to find it was a no go - 30 minutes of finding out the stuff that WASN’T approved, and I really wanted more of the experience of going with you to know which isles I’d need to plan on, then looking for the few items that for today’s trip were my bar to set for that search. I’m new at this and I like hearing what the ingredient bugaboos are to look for, buuut, I’m just saying, 30 minutes watching you get mildly jazzed & ready for the 411 on the oils, fats, etc, only for none to work, made feel like I’d irretrievably lost 20 minutes of my life to get the names of four or five products. Make sense? Again, I apologize if that sounds like it probably does - but God I hate trips up & down the isles of grocery store on the best of days when it’s just tossing whatever’s going to get it done...final thought: you seem like a great teacher (when you find your educational materials for our class 😉) but it would aid in streamlining these things with a little prep for the show & teaching, so before you go may you can walk up with confidence knowing you’ll pick it up to say it’s one of the good ones, here’s why...etc. sorry - food for thought! 😂❣️

Ash AlTWD so I failed Keto and been eating junk carbs for a week and a half now and he said a few days ago that maybe he should try Keto because he saw my results. But on the diet I got no support from him. All he cares about was being afraid I was going to lose my butt and boobs 🙄 I was like “are you only with me for those??” He said no and then said “but I don’t want to date a stick figure.” I got SOO PISSED. But don’t worry I told him off and made sure he fucked up by saying that. But now that I’ve failed, he’s telling me I should go back on keto.
Anyways, sorry for that little story. It just pisses me off that everyone around me always says shit to me about what I’m doing. I was soo happy on Keto. My face cleared up, I had SO MUCH ENERGY, I was happy and aww I miss it. I know I could get back to it but I’m afraid the lack of support. I wish I had more supportive people. Ash AlTWD it’s everything I try to do everyone around me becomes an expert in. It’s like they know I have such determination and they know how to pull it away from me and I let them. I hate that about me. I want to just stick with something if it makes me feel so good and I’m not hurting myself or anyone around me. I’m getting back on it and this time I’m not telling anyone anything. I realized I will constantly try to find support in everyone and that ruins everything because I go to the same people I went to that never gave me support. Time to keep my mouth shut and let the success make the noise. I’m telling one nothing anymore. And you’re right!! I love people like you and Thomas!!!! 👏🏼😄

Don’t stress over spacing - sometimes crowded sometimes not. But I kept doing it because they taste amazing - especially when they are still warm. For some reason they just blow store bought roasted (and I’m not talking about the store bought ones with oil and spices added - just plain roasted almonds) away.

It's difficult to digest nuts, grains, and seeds because of phytonutrients **AND** because of the toughness of their outer coatings. This “or” that could just mean that inventory on oils is based on agricultural growing season, growing conditions, supply chain and hence cost of ingredients and whats available from farming that season. Its more cost effective for the consumer if the bag lists both in order to avoid reprinting. Its not that the food producer doesn’t know what they used. :)
