Hey everyone who's using this to plank! If you start shaking when planking don't worry, that's normal. Shaking or quivering during a plank just means you're pushing the muscle contraction to its limits and challenging its endurance capacity. So keep it up! Know you can do it. Stopped for awhile but I'm back at it again. Nice to see I still have some muscle memory/mass left over. Not starting back from the beginning

Still going btw, haven't kept with the 3 a day but now alternating between 1 and 2 minute planks now. 1 plank every night before bed. Haven't missed a day yet. Can't believe it been two weeks. Hope I get some results soon.

Lol is everyone doing Plank to this. Me too. I can usually do pank for over 2 minutes but after an ab session I struggle with 1 minute, shaking sooo damn much 🤣
