Heard his dialogue mention the 3 bells so I figured the 3rd was near but found the black wind king and just beat him instead lol

I spent thirty minutes trying to find it, and all I had to do was fast travel to him

I ring the whole 3 bells but nothing happend

You must have done something wrong, I rang all 3 and it sent me to a temple full of dead plants

​@daemeanroberts1223 it did nothing for me as well. I went to all of these places and tried to examine them all again to make sure I rang them and I did and still nothing happened

Nothing happened for me aswell, 3 bells ring and nothing happens, seems like a bug
