True he does an exceptional task that deserves recognition except for the issue of the jurisdictional claim of control. The supreme court has control ( jurisdiction), in private matters inside of its Corporate procedural proceedings of its private contract(s) with those who believe a benefit would be of use; But does not have jurisdiction over a man who created the corporation for his benefit. Can a man give , make up , create a right to a construct of his mind ? A man raises attack dogs , breeds them , feeds them, trains them , do the dogs have a right to attack anyone? Does the trainer of the dogs have a right to command the dogs to attack anyone ? If anyone believes yes then a group of men can militarize themselves and one can order another man to rob somebody and no one can be held accountable because the attacker claims it's an order, for profits he gains and it's justified because it's his job , the one that orders the attack claims he's not liable because the other guy did the attack because it's justified. Look familiar ?
Anyone then can group together, walk down the street, spot an individual with something of value, and order a buddy from the group to seize that of value, and because we are more in numbers we have the right to steal his property. Until a larger group takes back what was taken !

I don’t believe in directly shaming people for their physical attributes, their level of education, or general cognitive ability -but this situation begs a rational question. What purpose does that first woman serve as a security agent? She doesn’t seem particularly physically capable, nor does she seem knowledgeable on any matters related to security. Do people like this just get hired as a pair of eyes? If so, It would surely be cheaper and more effective to install cameras which could be monitored by someone who’s more competent in these matters like Mr. Brown. I’m glad this situation took place and that a respectable member of the auditing community was on site that day. This was a great opportunity to educate several members of the public on the civil rights related to these circumstances. I would bet that Mr. Brown’s office took this a step further by releasing a company memo since this situation involved so many of his work peers, and quickly could have grown into a liability for their employer given the actions of first aggressor. Only reasonable people realize this, I think about it every time I see a censored plate in a picture
This comes up all the time on these audits. People feel the auditor is a creep so suddenly they want something that happens all day every day to stop because of their feelings toward the person filming/taking photos. Cameras are all all over society. In addition to government and private security cameras how often are people in the backdrop of cell phone photos and videos? Each of those people who complain probably have been filmed hundreds of times in a single day at a place like Disney Land.
@@Vadeemers While you're obviously right, it's no surprise that someone who is literally attempting to trigger people by mysteriously documenting them personally ends up triggering those people.
i have mixed feelings on audits like this, sure it's within his rights, and if he was actually making a documentary or really doing anything besides attempting to rile these people up, then it'd be much easier to defend him. all this ends up accomplishing is educating employees on a one-off situation that would never even occur outside of this exact scenario - a scenario where someone is filming for triggering purposes.
this feels like less of a "win" for personal civil freedoms and more of a ego-fueled "told ya so" opportunity for the auditor.
In some cases having someone so openly recording the times of access, volume of cars, patrols of Security, property, and employees can lead to suspicion of "casing" or "stalking".
It's reasonable to have an security officer sent out to question and document such individuals, but this situation clearly wasn't handled professionally.

Yeah, I kinda wish ATA drew more attention to him. He was in that initial group of people, but he seemed the most respectful out of them, and then stayed behind to ask questions and clarify once he learned he was wrong
"It's the first amendment". "No it's not!" Ya got him! 😂😂😂
Monty Python flashback
That's what I call 2 gentleman having a respectful conversation and thanks to Me. Brown for coming out and making this happen.
5:32 "Get em, Rodney!"......Im crying tears laughing right now. these ol farts are hilarious.
Don't got em
Fist bump was a nice finishing touch... Baldy stone cold wanna be is a clown for sure!
That guy is completely right. Very wise man. We all need to stop and take a deep breath and start talking
A dude with a camera was once recording outside a former place of employment. A couple team members asked me, so I asked one of the security bosses about him and her response was basically, "Yeah, he's one of those internet dipsticks. He can't get past the gate, so just don't give him anything to react over and he'll move along."
I'm glad you and 21 other people think our rights are shit and the people that choose to exercise them are dip shits. But yet, the facility you worked at probably had what; around 200 cameras at the facility?
Cool story bro
Audit the Audit is by far the best UA-cam 1st Amendment Audit as far as information that is given and professionalism, well done and keep up the good work
Right! Can you imagine how much time and research it takes to make these videos👏🏽👏🏽
Knowledgeable and brimming with character. The guy who de-escalated this is the type of person we need more of.
I was waiting for her to say “I’m gonna call the law”
I give this channel an A+ for helping to bring awareness to the public. Keep up the great work.
Mr. Brown is a role model and should be shown in training videos. He knows his job and the laws his job deals with. I really wish more than half the videos were like this
Why not all the videos instead of more than half?
That safety supervisor watches audit the audit
Yeah that's exactly what I said I was thinking that mr. Brown watches First Amendment auditors. I can tell just by the way he said things
Or got a briefing on this concept and understands what is going on.
Well what can you say, first impressions and all that... security 😱
Mr. Brown is an awesome dude. Seriously he's one of the best examples of de escalating a situation. A good example of someone escalating a situation is that first fat angry maniac who first approached.
It winds me up how little I see that in these videos. In the UK, where the police don't have access to firearms, talking to people and de-escalting situations is one of their core skills and something I take as default.
@@scottwallbank4794 Not even ONE gun available for "access" by police? Killers on the loose must appreciate that.
@@The_DC_Kid The UK has armed police when required. The whole point being that they aren't needed frequently, because civilians don't have guns, so standard interaction with the public doesn't have the tension of immediate life threatening escalation.
There's a reason the US has five to six times the homicide rate of the UK (RATE before I see some dumb response referencing population differences).
Can you imagine if everyone in power understood and cared about our rights like that supervisor did?
Not even the workers, but the SECURITY should know the bare minimum.
You think they would since thats what they make.
As a previous security guard. There are levels of training to it and it depends on where you work as to what training you'll get. Don't blame the people doing what their told. Blame their bosses for not handling it well. Taking the amendments into account isn't often thought of because they are not police officers and don't have the training of police officers either. This channel has proven that even with proper training any police officer can break the rules if they feel like it. Doesn't mean it's a good idea though.
@@Koi_Swirl was she doing what she was told, or did she just decide to tell him to leave the property? Idk, the SAFETY MANAGER seems to know the rules, so shouldn't the "security guards" also? Not even saying they should know ALL the rules, just you know, the basic ones that they should and shouldn't enforce. But yeah, we get it. Law enforcement doesn't have to know laws, just be entitled to their badge.
Exactly. She walked off the property and tried blasting on a guy holding a phone. I think the "no name calling" guy started all the uproar because he's paranoid about his face and plates.
@@hannamariewilson It entirely depends Security deploys a principle known as "The principle of least privilege" usually defined by the CISO or CSO who defines who is allowed access or made aware of certain information from or by the company. I would agree however they should be more knowledgeable but apparently the head guy in charge disagreed can't blame the safety manager for that. Then again neither the CISO or CSO are lawyers for constitutional rights which as we all know still have grey areas.
I worked for Securitas when I was 18, Its basically labor ready with zero training.
I just love ATA constantly saying, “Mr. Pepperoni”
A start to a good morning, something to listen to while I work in the garden
@Greenish Man it is when someone actually is reasonable and I can learn something I didn't know before. What do you watch these videos for? To waist battery?
OMG that security guard hahaha can't even tuck a shirt in LORD have mercy
She's a nasatall with dunlap...lmao
What a joke! She’s a poor excuse for a security guard.
THIS WAS AWESOME!!! I never realized that so many of my countrymen don't understand the law. I was raised in a culture that stressed everyone understanding both our rights and responsibilities. It is sobering to see how irrational some people are and how vulnerable that makes us. That also emphasizes how much work we need to do.
I'm sure just by your post. That youndont know as much as you think...
The only thing missing is the banjo playing in the background..
Uh yeah, the banjo is such a cool instrument. It needs to be in the background of everything.
"Travel Faster I hear banjo's!".
I have to admit, as a security guard myself, I do really enjoy screwing around with other security guards when off duty, for kicks & to see how much I can trip them up.
lol thats funny
Well done sir! Get him a raise
Damn we need a "no diving" sign for Bethune SC's gene pool ASAP
🤣 I’m dying best comment ever
That's a very well informed safety director!!! Kudos to him for defusing the situation and being so professional. That company should be extremely greatful for having such a great and well informed safety director at that facility. This definitely needs to more normalized and everyone should be informed that while out in public, there's no expectation of privacy. Driving on a public road means your vehicle and its contents and plates are able to be filmed.
The toothless wonder of a security guard in the grey shirt is a perfect example of what you get for 7$ an hour.
Right they pay more here in Maine and we got better quality for the most part.
Well, you get what you pay for I guess.
And taxcut after taxcut for the rich while gutting public education. For decades (so you know it's bipartisan).
@@TheNaruto2314 A friend of mine works as a guard in maine lmao
The pay isn't fantastic but a helluva lot better than $7 an hour
@@SuppositionalBox what site.
Very refreshing to see an employee knew the law. Mr Brown was calm and deesculated the situation perfectly. And he waited with the photographer to speak with the police.
I think Robert Brown deserves a higher grade than an A+! Great video, as usual!!
Kudos to you Mr. Brown. Also you are so correct when you say everyone needs to learn more about our rights. People are becoming more uneducated these days. So anyway a big shout out to you Mr. Brown for educating your employees & standing up for our rights as an American. Thank you.
That security guard deserves a raise and award. Wish there were more people like him.
I'm a truck driver and I was literally here last night. Staff is usually friendly. Sad to see them like this.
What is this place?
Seems like someone pushing people to get a youtube video honestly.
@@u.s.militia7682 Acording to some other commenators, its a factory that makes materials for wetwipes. They sell those materials to the manufacturers who soak them in the cleaning products and put them in containers.
Justin Center I wonder why they’re so secretive? I bet they have a government contract.
@@u.s.militia7682 Its the American South. Some stranger on the sidewalk was "violating the rights" of the workers of that factory, there is no way they will let that slide. Southerners take their rights seriously (even if they dont actually know what they are). The rights listed in the constitution (particularly the Bill of Rights) can be summarized as "you have the right to be left alone" so when some stranger is up in their shit it tends to be taken more seriously there than elsewhere.
All it takes is one asshole and the whole crew will dogpile on the "violator" (just like anywhere else)
also, if they had some sort of secret governmnet contract, then it makes no sense for the saftey manager to be the one to tell the dude it was OK to film.
Ah yes „Securitas“, they don’t exactly are held in high honors in Germany either, but at least intensive training and exams leading to either a certified apprenticeship, or passing the „34A“ exam are mandatory over here.
I‘m a part time „security guard“ (more like security theater if you‘d ask me) and even in my half yearly course it clearly states that watching, filming etc. is allowed within reason and on the outside of the fence, even though the company property continues outside the fenced area. On a side note in Germany any area not clearly fenced off and/or marked as non public property is to be treated as publicly accessible, so long as no obvious reason indicates this is not the case. As such it too holds public rights of way etc. nice to see that some laws and understanding of reasonable assumptions almost exactly translate.
Shhhhh Don't mention licensing security guards! A members of a State Legislature might read that and think Great Idea! We have way to many licensed jobs in the US, causing severe damage to our economy.

And defeated the allies in WW2.
I worked private security, myself, and for a while, I had a blast. I was contracted for concerts, events and film in Calgary. Had all kinds of dumb guards under my supervision. The worst was when we had to get fill-ins from other, lesser, security companies. I always dreaded Securitaas rent-a-cops. Bunch of damn authority junkies. Ever have an idiot try to ban damn Metallica? Or pull a "do you know who I am?" to Bob Seger? Fuck me dead I was so happy when I quit.
@Brandon BP thought that was the British
That was the best interaction of a corporate employee in regards to filming I have ever seen.
This is a prime example of why graduating high school is so important.

While I appreciate the humor in your comment may I remind you (unfortunately) every single officer you’ve seen handcuff a citizen for public photography has a high school diploma 😢
