Twin Emperors, Never-wipe strats online, 5:50min - SPP

I think I finally managed to create a functioning setup to never wipe on Twin Emperors again. It is much, much slower than my earlier stuff. But being able to consistently oneshot the boss every single week more than makes up for it.
No solocraft, no spell immunities, no dmg/spelldmg/hp nerfs.
