I've got launching down, but I have had some incidents with wing control after landing (leading to lines in my prop, more than once)... I think I have been leaving my hands down after the flare (i.e. in full brakes). I think this is perhaps what I need to drill in... "hands back up, kill the motor, pick a side (to pull full brake - leave other hand up)... thanks (PS I learned via an instructor, but foot launch. I transitioned to trike but haven't had much trike instruction.)
Your student was nailing it. Seems like if he doesn’t kill his motor quicker he might. Get them lines in the prop. But you were patient in your instructions. I hope I kill it quicker when I’m training.
