Big problem is that Puma is slower and with less power than other cars. i Noticed it already in sweden, But people kept saying he won, what you talking about. I told he is slower in straights and alot, he won only thanks to tecnical skills to take curves more accurately. And very next rally there was proof, Puma is not fast enought. Puma was up to 25Km/h slower than rest in some straight sectors. And even 4th rally seemd like there have been no action to fix it. Now Puma is somewhat faster than before, but still slower than toyota and hyundai. Tänak won couse he is better in curves and made better tactical decisions. But car is still crappy.
Very unfortunate for Teemu . Had surpeb drive thru the weekend and then a hidden rock ruign his podium. They have given team order. Bad luck for him and the i20 team no two podiums. Hope he does better in Europe.
I think the 10 sec gap between Newville and Evans was to small for Suninen to slot into. But as the went on Newville made the gap big enough for team orders. But Teemu was still gonna take that cut with a hidden rock anyways.
