From an American point of view, he does have an accent. However, even in America, there are multiple accents of native English speakers. His English is clear, and I understood every word. I think he did a good job with the song. His talent is unquestionable.

Joong is really multi talented artist. He can sing. He can dance. He is also good at acting. He can speak English well. Also he is so handsome as like a Kpop idol. His body is so perfect too. Well, I think GMMTV is so lucky to get Joong Archen. Joong deserves Worldwide acknowledgment.

archen's voice is one of the solemn voice i want to hear. its not auto tuned. he's really multi talented. i've watched his series too. 💕
Joong's vocal tone and timbre are amazing, as well as his breath control and dynamic control. And singing a complete song in English not being a native English speaker, he does amazing in getting the feelings of the lyrics across. He really does Troye Sivan justice in this rendition of the song. I would include him up there in the pantheon of great up and coming Thai singers like NuNew, Zee Pruk, Billkin, Jeff Satur. These singers are all gems that should have more international acclaim than they do. I hope to hear more vocal performances from Joong Archen in the future. And focus on the ballads like this, not songs that overdo the falsetto, overdubbing, or auto-tune, but letting the natural lower vocal tones shine through as they do in this song.
Joong's strength is his lower register and unique timbre. Whenever he hits his lower register, his voice will become beautiful and angelic.
The way joong sings the song gives me 90s vibe. Like old ballad song that people always sing every time they go to the karaoke.
