For anybody wondering which suit mods they're using, looks like one of them is "Threat Sensors" (slow time after a Perfect Dodge) and possibly "Scavenger" (finishers generate bonus gadget refills). That's how they have enough electric webs and impact webs throughout the battle. As for the third suit mod slot, I can only guess it's something that helps generate focus faster, but there are a lot of suit mods that do that like, "Battle Tech, Kinetic Power Cells, or Webbed Striker". They could also be changing them per sable outpost.
The third mod slot is Webbed Striker. Impacting webbing one dude into a group of other dudes builds a lot of focus and taking out enemies with webs build a lot of focus too.
Silver lining DLC Sable underground bases are 10x harder. I had to fight 5 shield jetpack, 3 whips, 2 mini-gun brutes, 5 rocket launchers and all the rest all firing at once. It's brutal.
PSA ABOUT WEB-PROOF ARMOR You can disable web armor VERY easily in a variety of ways which makes beating Sable Agents a breeze. The electric web can disable it but the concussive blaster can do it as well and to a huge group at once. Hit a group of sable agents with the blaster and then a web bomb and you can take out several shielded enemies in 2 attacks. Any impact will also disable their web armor. If you swing kick them and they hit a wall, it breaks. Punch then into a wall and the last hit of the combo will bounce them off the wall which breaks their armor. If you uppercut them and air jump off of them away from a wall so they impact it then it breaks. If you simply hit triangle twice to throw an enemy on the ground it breaks. You can throw two enemies together to break both of their armor. Uppercutting a sable agent and slamming them right back to the ground to break their armor and instantly web them to the ground is a very fast way to do this. Once you start to think of all the ways to disable their armor it opens up so many options that don’t rely on the electric webbing to speed up the fight. The whole idea of optimum combat in SM is to web enemies rather than beat them unconscious. It is much faster especially on the hardest difficulty. Why have a long fight with a jet pack guy when you can jump, slo-no web him up and slam him to the ground? In a single jump you disable a tough enemy. This video is incredible and I really enjoyed watching it. Keep it up 👌🏻
Impressive, you not only did a kick ass job, but you made it look cool too. Any chance you could share what suit mods you were using or explain what your gadget strategy was? It seemed like you were making use of the trip mines for tougher enemies that you didn't have a enough focus to use a finisher on, and then a plethora of other ones just as crowd control and stuns. I just don't know what you're doing differently from me that allows you to go untouched because I fight similarly to you, tho I don't utilize gadgets nearly as effectively, and I'm always getting shot from behind or some random attack is sneaking through even if I'm dominating the battle in general.
Basically he is using finishers on everybody but favoring the guys with web proof armor. The jet pack guys you can hit with a trip mine to instantly stick them to the ground or a wall, and he was webbing them and slamming them to the ground too. The biggest part of not getting hit is dodge timing but also using your finishers as a get out of jail free card. If you keep at least one bar full then when you get stuck in a crazy spot you can just use a finisher and be invulnerable the whole time.

For me it's the jetpacks
“Don’t worry, we’re the best in the world”
Spider-Man - “I’m going to end Sable’s whole career”
lol pretty much

I cant wait to do this.
How he's doing those high jumps.
Hold the run button (R2 on Playstation) then press the jump button. I think you may need to unlock it. It has been awhile so I don't remember.
So cool!!
