Nice, what type of endmill/bit are you using? Feeds and Speeds? I've played around with some scraps of SeaDek but haven't found the right combination. The best result has been with a De-Burring bit, almost like rough grit sand paper. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Trade secret...pffft!!!! Give me a break. A downcut endmill or router bit should work fine.
Is it really necessary to go that slow? I know EVA can be a pain to machine.
I can cut it faster but then you have to cut it a second time to clean up the grain
