The reason the fires keep breaking out in Dubai is because of a cladding put on the skyscrapers. The cheap one looks identical to the expensive cladding. They are both beautiful. However, the cheap stuff is little more than kindling where the expensive stuff is fire retardant. The building companies were ripping off the owners of the buildings when they were being built. The owners thought they were getting the fire retardant cladding but got the cheap stuff that looks just the same but burns like the desert sun.
